This house is located in the historical part of Marmaris, in the old town near the Castle of Marmaris and the Archaeological Museum. It offers the best sea view, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Bars, restaurants, and the Marina are just a 3-4 minute walk away. As the house is in the old town, cars are not allowed, but nearby parking is available. You can relax as a family in this peaceful accommodation. The building was built in 2022. Located in Marmaris, it is the most peaceful area . There is a private daily tree forest , walking path , river and various local restaurants nearby. You can go to İncekum Beach , Boncuk Bay, Akyaka, Marmaris , Cleopatra island ( boat transfer) in 5-15 minutes. All our rooms are air-conditioned. We have a private pool, detached garden and detached terrace area.

We have 3 stone houses of 65 m2 on 5 acres overlooking the village of Söğüt in Marmaris district. Each of the houses has a living room with open kitchen, guest toilet and 1 en-suite bedroom. There is an independent patio and a shared pool in front of each house. Our homes are about 7-8 minutes drive to the sea. We can also rent our daily boat to our guests who want to go to the surrounding bays. It is also known as the Gastrokoy of the area.

Our holiday home is located in the most prestigious site of the region, which stands out with its magnificent pool. It has a 2-story, 185 m² usage area, and has a large living room with a fireplace, a semi-open kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a large balcony with a view of nature. On the 2nd floor, it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi network.

Guest Lodge

Our guest house is 25m2 large, consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen that is private to our guests staying in our cottage, covered with pergola. There is a 5x10m size swimming pool that is 50m2 in size, 1.5-1.6 m deep. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 15 to October 1.
