Villa holiday rentals in Marrakesh

Hasna & Fatima made us feel right at home and Hasna made us wonderful meals. The house is incredible and as we were there in December, it was too cold for the pool. You definitely need a rental car as you are quite remote, about 30 min from Marrakesh, but this is a similar distance to town from the major resorts. Some options nearby for lunch, but recommend to have Hasna cook for you in the evening.

Anass's house is very beautiful, spacious and well decorated with all the comforts you need (air conditioning, washing machine, everyday utensils,...) and the very nice "most" (billiards, table tennis, swimming pool, barbecue). We had a lovely time there. Anass is very responsive and caring. Naima (the cook) obviously contributed to the quality of our stay. The house is located about twenty minutes from the center in a growing area (restaurants and a Carrefour Market 5 minutes by car).

We absolutely loved the stay at Jean-Marc Riad. The place was very cosy and matched the description perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout, with great support in arranging some private needs. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Medina, giving you a true taste of Marrakech. While the city is bustling, the riad offers a peaceful escape that still keeps you immersed in the local energy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic and comfortable experience in Marrakech! ❤️

Riad Azzouz in Marrakesh provides for an extraordinary stay characterised by warm hospitality and exceptional staff, particularly Yassin. We had an incredible weekend at this stunning villa in Marrakech! The space was even more beautiful and spacious than we expected; perfect for our group of friends coming from all over the world. The outdoor area was huge and ideal for relaxing, socializing, and enjoying the sunshine. Inside, the villa was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The service was outstanding; everything was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable group getaway!

Afifa and Jean Claude's place was just what we needed after a long drive from the Sahara, and a nice respite from the busy nature of Marrakech. The architecture and lush landscaping truly can be captured with the word, "oasis." Their staff, Hamza and his wife, Fatima, tended to what we needed while giving us our space and privacy. The meals were nicely prepared, and taxis were scheduled as needed. The included airport transit is a very nice touch. Don't be alarmed when going to their place for the first time, as you will access via a dirt road (there is development around their home), because once you enter the gate, you're in a whole new world of relaxation. The pool was lovely, and we saw chickens, a turtle, and even peacocks on the property as we enjoyed the lounge chairs outside. We very much enjoyed our stay as we were treated to the lap of luxury for a few days.

I spent four wonderful days in Morocco in the Seyana Master villa. Everything went very, very, very well! The villa is superb: clean, spacious, well-decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is quiet, ideal for relaxation. The host was welcoming, available and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Noura for her delicious and generous breakfasts every morning, a real treat when you wake up! I recommend this villa 100% and I will come back without hesitation!

We had a fantastic time at this villa! The pool was a real asset, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The view of the golf course was breathtaking, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The concierge service was exceptional. They were always available to meet our needs and even recommended great restaurants and activities nearby. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. Cleaner was really nice (Sana) & and every morning was clean as it was presented the first day. Recommend to buy food on the way to villa if checking in late as no close resturants / food places

Very nice villa for our vacation, we were well received and we had a good stay. Spacious, beautiful, you feel comfortable and the pool is very nice. Small downside, the hammam is functional for a participation of 1000dh (understandable in relation to the cost of lighting the hammam), which can be confusing in the listing. Otherwise good value

Amazing Villa Surrounded by Olive Trees The villa exceeded our expectations, it’s even more beautiful than the photos suggest. If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded retreat with all the modern comforts, this is the perfect place. A car is essential to reach Marrakech or explore the area. We absolutely loved our stay, and our kids were truly happy. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous couple of nights at Said’s place. The setting was magnificent, my kids aged 5 and 7 loved exploring the gardens and seeing all the animals. Their favourite was the peacock! The house was immaculate, with everything you need. The pool was fabulous! Said organised a taxi for us who even stopped at the supermarket for us on the way which was essential as there are no shops close by. Thank you so much, we would love to return sometime! Julia

An unforgettable stay in this villa that was sumptuous. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. It is tastefully decorated, very spacious , perfectly equipped and IMPECCABLY clean! An excellent stay at Jean Pierre's . He was very welcoming , super responsive to each of our requests , very good advice and very good places for excursions and restaurants. Excellent stay during which I found the rest and calm I came to look for The villa is very beautiful and comfortable, the heated pool, well exposed and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the bedding comfortable. The equipped kitchen and all the amenities provided are very good, we did not lack anything. Unfortunately the bathtub/hot tub was not functional (water temperature no longer heats up after a while and leak in the living room ceiling) , 2 out of 3 showers had a problem (on one the water drained only from the top and not through the showerhead , and the other water escaped through the shower tray) problems reported on arrival and not resolved during the stay. A 5/10 min walk through a small path you have small snacks(which I did not test) a BIM store and many convenience stores very well for shopping. the environment is very soothing thanks to the natural landscape, 20 min by car there

Great group stay at this beautiful villa close to Marrakech. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was very smooth. A favorite for the cook, each meal was delicious and prepared with love. We will come back without hesitation!

Everything was very good, responsive host, special mention to the cook of an exceptional kindness. The accommodation is clean. Housekeepers wash your clothes. Hotel to be highly recommended. I plan to return to his home on my next visit to Marrakech. Thank you for everything
