This was our 3rd stay here and it was better than ever! Truly exceptional. It’s like a little paradise and we really did have the best stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and made our stay even better - being on hand with any questions or queries and even helped booking in my massages at the property. We were really sad to leave but I know we will be back again for the 4th time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Marrakech Medina this is it. Beautifully appointed over four levels with 5 en suite bedrooms spa and 2 mini pools and roof top views this home was absolutely fantastic. Great for our family to come together for a wedding and experience the hustle and bustle of the Medina and the peace of the Riad. Hassan and Malouda took care of all our questions, taxis, washing and cooked us an amazing tagine meal. Truly spectacular

Absolutely honour to stay at this riad and phillip do his best to explain and help us with everything. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the markets/souks. Overall, i would really recommend this to anyone, and i myself will definitely be coming back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons été formidablement accueillies par Fatima. C’est un véritable trésor. Elle est douce, bienveillante. Ses plats sont à tomber par terre ! Quand au logement il est magnifique, idéalement situé. Il est possible de tout faire à pied. La petite supérette à l’angle de la rue est idéalement située et proche du Ryad. Nous remercions Matthieu ainsi que Fatima pour ce magnifique séjour. Marrakech est magnifique avec ses multiples activités et son charme absolu. À très vite nous l’espérons ! 🤍

L'appartement était très propre et joli. Bien aménagé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent chacune de sa salle de bain ainsi que d'un grand balcon. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur le rooftop. C'était vraiment très agréable : La cuisine aménagée sur cette terrasse, les canapés confortables... c'est un vrai plus ! Et le jacuzzi pour se rafraîchir, une vraie bénédiction !! Nous y avons pris nos petits déj et quelques repas, car l'endroit s'y prête vraiment et niveau ustensiles, il ne manque rien 😊 Il y a des restaurants de bonne qualité dans le quartier. Nous nous sommes déplacés uniquement à pied, même pour rejoindre la médina. Ce n'est pas très loin. Les jardins Majorelle sont situés juste en face de l'appartement. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller vivement la visite : c'est un vrai havre de paix !! Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil ! Merci pour tout 🙏

La villa correspond totalement aux photos et est parfaite pour un séjour entre amis Les équipes sur place sont très accueillantes : mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuné marocain préparé par la cuisinière ! Nous reviendrons 😊

Appart spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle est très grande et à l'air d'être bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Je sais que cela ne se fait pas beaucoup au Maroc mais un petit rideau pour la douche serait un vrai +. L'appart est très bien situé, à proximité des axes principaux de Marrakech, Médina accessible à pieds, promenades en calèche à côté. Place de parking privée au sous sol de la résidence. Petite supérette en bas de l'immeuble, quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Le seul petit bémol pour moi mais qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir: - appart au 4ème et terrasse au 6ème, il faut prendre l'ascenseur pour y accéder, on ne peut donc pas y aller en simple maillot de bain, il faut s'habiller puisque l'on traverse des espaces communs. Philippe et Nissrine sont très réactifs et de bons conseils, merci beaucoup à vous 2!

L’alloggio è situato in una posizione strategica, perché si trova vicino ad uno degli ingressi nella Medina e allo stesso tempo vicina ai principali Souk. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 6 amici e stiamo stati benissimo, la governante Aziza è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliato!

I had a fantastic stay at Mehdi’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, offering great local tips and making check-in a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this host to you.

Nous étions une famille de 5 adultes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Trois d'entre nous ont beaucoup aimé l'emplacement du riad dans un quartier très très populaire, très dépaysant alors que les deux autres ont été dérangé par le bruit, la pollution, les odeurs. Le riad est très calme. Nous avons adoré la cuisine de Aïcha qui est une très belle personne. Nous avons adoré les marocains : très accueillants, très sympathiques. Nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Villa with plenty of space and lovely surroundings, Fatiha was superfast to respond to any queries that we had and also let us check in early and check out late which we really appreciated and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. We would stay again.

Le riad est placé en plein centre de la médina permettant de tout faire à pied. de nombreux restaurant sont accessibles à 5mn a pied. Le riad comporte plusieurs espaces permettant de profiter respectivement de la piscine, d'une cour arborée très calme et d'un toit avec bains de soleil et vue sur les toits. L'équipe du riad a été au top, sympathique, serviable, de bons conseils et a permis une arrivée et un départ sans stress, en sécurité, ce qui est appréciable en famille. L'équipement de la chambre était joli et authentique.

We had the most amazing stay at this Villa. Christine and Nicholas were so helpful before hand with renting a car and advice on what to do there. We were warmly welcomed by Omar and Najat on our arrival and the house looked just as amazing as the pictures. We loved the pool which is really good size with plenty of space for relaxing and unwinding around it. Najat was so wonderful with her care, we loved her cooking, so delicious and massages we wonderful too. We felt so well looked after it was almost overwhelming. Omar's gentle presence was reassuring too and he took care of a minor repair quickly, he also arranged Camel riding for us. Essaouira is beautiful and everyone we met was so friendly and easy going. Words cannot express enough how joyful a holiday it was, we were sad to leave and hope to go back someday. thank you

Romain est facilement joignable, et nous a beaucoup aidé. La villa est vraiment très belle. Je vous recommande absolument d'y passer. Plein de petits détails sympas, ainsi qu'une piscine / terrain de pétanque et terrasse trop agréables. Niveau prix / qualité il n'y a pas mieux. Merci beaucoup à Romain et à bientôt j'espère :)

Our stay at Paolo’s villa was unforgettable – we had tears when we left as the staff were so wonderful! The perfect mix of exploring Marrakesh and Agafay, along with relaxing days by the pool, made for a wonderful experience. The villa is stunning, and we felt at home from the start. Sana, Fatima, and Jafaar made us feel like family, with delicious meals every day. After our first dinner, we asked them to cook for us the entire stay on the days we were there! Paolo was a fantastic host, arranging for Abdullah to pick us up from the airport and providing transport throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and safe, with a small village nearby, and the 30-minute drive into Marrakesh was no issue. The rooftop views were incredible, with hot air balloons and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains in the distance. At night, the starry skies were unforgettable. We can’t wait to return – thank you, Paolo, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Cette maison est un tout. Un lieu propice pour se ressourcer en famille, entre amis, une remarquable réalisation architecturale, une décoration soignée, des espaces extérieurs magnifiques et une piscine de rêve. Le seul défaut : son calme et son charme sont addictifs et vous donnent envie d’y retourner dès que vous la quittez. Merci à Zou, notre hôte, de nous avoir permis de séjourner quelques jours en famille dans sa maison. La communication a été facile et ses conseils précieux. Une mention spéciale pour Malika qui a été une véritable maman pour notre groupe tout au long de notre séjour !

We, a family with 4 adults and 2 kids, stayed for one week. The house and the garden are an absolute paradise. Amazing pool and traditional moroccon furniture and decoration. The house alone is already exceptional but what made our vacation even better, are Abdou and his family. His wife is an amazing cook and she provided breakfast and Dinner for. Delicious and humongous portions. Abdou did provide transfers and an excellent day trip for us. Always polite and with a smile in his face. Our kids loved him. I would stay in the house again in a heartbeat. I can recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Morocco.

En un mot, merveilleux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans un véritable havre de paix. Le riad est magnifique, encore plus beau que sur les photos, très bien placé, décoration très soignée. Sur place, l’équipe est au petit soin et d’une gentillesse inégalable. Une mention spéciale à la cuisine de Najoua, le meilleur couscous que nous n’ayons jamais mangé. Mustafa, discret, est d’une grande efficacité, toujours disponible et attentif. Un grand merci à Brigitte pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils. Ne cherchez plus, vous avez trouvé le lieu idéal pour séjourner à Marrakech. Je recommande vivement.
