Great stay! The location is quite central, there is everything nearby. Nesrine and her friend were super welcoming and available, perfect communication. I recommend it!

Nice old style house. The closed private garden really gives it something special. Good climate control. 3 aircos. Only downside are the light switches. They dont always work properly and need replacement/upgrading

the house was clean and as described, the host was responding quickly to my messages and helped me setting up the TV channels for kids , it's bit up hill to walk down the beach 🏖️ 10 min , but was driving so no issues. will definitely recommend and visit again.

Warm welcome from Ashraf. Nice house to live in, especially thanks to the terrace. Neighborhood set back from the seaside. We enjoyed meeting authentic neighbors and shopkeepers that we would not have seen if we had been more in the city center. The mattresses, kitchen and bathroom have already seen better days. Very nice stay!

Your accommodation is very clean, bedding and bed linen of very high quality. ❤️ Too bad the third bedroom does not have a double bed!😉 Air conditioning everywhere 😃 2 bathrooms (shower room, walk-in shower) and one with bathtub. Accommodation up to our expectations. Thank you 🙏🏻

Everything was perfect for my 2 children and me! We had a great time at this beautiful, tastefully decorated place. All amenities are nearby, store, pharmacy, restaurant, beach, train station, bus, etc. Finally, Asma is attentive and always available, she did everything to make our arrival go as smoothly as possible and she even arranged for the departure. It's a quiet family neighbourhood. I could walk to the archaeological sites of Carthage when I was feeling energetic or there was a local bus that went right past them for only one dinar. You buy the ticket on the bus. That same bus goes all the way into the center of Tunis as well if you want to visit the Medina. In the evenings it's an easy walk up to the smaller alleys and photogenic buildings of Sidi Bou Said. There are a lot of people out and about up there - locals and tourists. But I'd recommend you come back down to the neighbourhood you are staying in for some cheaper Tunisian food at neighborhood eateries. All in all a very interesting stay

Well-appointed, equipped, located and relaxing apartment. Excellent choice, to remember for an upcoming stay in Tunis.

Everything worked out great, my husband was there for one night because he had an important appointment nearby. He was very kindly received by Zeineb's father, and he felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was beautifully furnished & there was a beautiful balcony! Upon request, we were told that we could even check out a little later. We are completely satisfied and will gladly take the apartment again!

Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is ideally located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet at night. This is the perfect place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended
