Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

came in town for a funeral and never felt more at home while traveling. I thought it would be weird starting at a working ranch where employees are there working but it wasn't in the slightest. we are planning on coming back for 4th of July weekend. wonderful host. if you stay here and have problems, I can promise you that it's you cause everyone we interacted with was really friendly. thank you so much Deborah.

We loved our stay so much! The dogs are beautiful, but protective of their territory as they should be. We didn’t mind King barking at us when it was time to potty. Louie didn’t bark at us at all! We enjoyed the pool with our grand babies. If we needed anything the owners were responsive and extremely nice. Definitely will return and book in the future! This is such a great place to stay!
