Very quiet place located 5 min from the sea, right next to the golf course, and 150 m from Ikea and McDonald's and Super U, 2 min walk to several restaurants cafes, such as Cappuccino, Café de Paris... are close to the apartment. The residence is equipped with swimming pools for adults and children (pool) and a playground for children. Residence with secure parking, (24-hour security guards) mild, and relaxing climate, people are super friendly and respectful.
