Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Maryland Beach

Evolve's home in Shelbyville is fantastic. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped, and most of all totally comfortable. My family (grandparents, mom, dad, and twins) had a great time. The twins made friends at the community pool located across the street. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Close to beaches, Fenwick Island is terrific! We would come back in an instant.

Enjoyed our stay. House was great, roomy, super clean, comfortable. Great location, walkable to many restaurants. Great views, sunrises, and sunsets from the various decks. Coffee on the crows nest every morning was so relaxing. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. Everything was pristine and appeared brand new. The location was a quick walk from several great restaurants and places to get food. When we didn’t want to go out, the grocery store was right there as well, and the kitchen was spacious, up-to-date, and included everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t feel cramped like you do in some other vacation homes. We were renting during a music festival so we didn’t have the time to use some of the amenities included like the pool or tennis, but they looked nice from what we could see. The back yard was a bit isolative which was perfect for some lawn games. Couldn’t recommend this house enough!

This was a perfect vacation place for family and friends, every bed room has an attached bathroom which is rear to find, entire house is very clean, spotless, amenities are awesome. There is an electric charger for electric vehicles. All our guests loved it and they are ready to come back to create more memories. Ample parking, very nicely equipped kitchen, TVs on both the floors, great dining table and furniture for your entire group. Overall, it was an awesome place close to beach and many great restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was super clean, well-equipped with everything we needed from kitchen appliances to fresh linens and thoughtful amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and it was very family-friendly. Just as pictured in pictures. Beautiful home with all outdoor furniture. Enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

We loved staying here!! It was exactly as the pictures showed. It was close to the beach but far enough away to be peaceful and away from the noise. Would definitely come back and stay again.

This house was great for a getaway to Bethany Beach! There were 5 adults and 3 children and the house was a great size for us. Since we did have infants/toddlers with us, we did end up spending a decent amount of time at the home which was a nice home-base. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped and a good size for cooking — we did cook most of our meals at the house. Having a washer and dryer was great and we used that to wash bathing suits and towels. The game room was definitely a highlight, both for children and adults. The location was nice — in a quiet neighborhood but only 10-15 mins from Bethany Beach. There were also some cool nearby attractions, such as story book farm where we picked flowers and created bouquets. Giant was also less than 10 minutes away which was very convenient. I highly recommend this home to any group visiting Bethany and the surrounding areas.

This Airbnb was the perfect blend of luxury and coastal charm! It truly felt like a proper beach house, with a 5-star hotel feel. The design was elegant and airy, with high-end finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to extend your trip. Todd was outstanding, very responsive to questions and always willing to help through the process. This was our first Airbnb and he made it easy. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Ocean City and this was definitely the cleanest place especially recently when it’s hard to find good service. Price is very reasonable Most of the places around on the street are rented to the families it seemed so it was calm and some of the neighbors that stay there for the summer really nice

Location, Location, Location. Super convenient to be right by the boardwalk. Did not hear any noise when went to bed either. of note- the one bathroom is located in the master bedroom. Super responsible host. We had issues with other people parking in the 2 parking spots but one call took care of everything and vehicles were moved. Us knowing OC realize that parking is a premium and we were not upset especially after making a call and they handled everything. Would love to stay again especially for any festival on the beach!

The place was great. Right off the boardwalk which made beach trips easy. The place was very spacious and clean. I would recommend this to a friend or family and would stay again.

The place was spotless, close to everything. Off street parking for 2 cars was great. Every bedroom had their own bath, wonderful! It would have been perfect if the weather had cooperated.

Had a wonderful stay for Boardwalk Rockfest! Location is right at the beach which was an added bonus. Clean, very comfortable beds, nice patio to listen to the ocean at night. Will definately return!

The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen and all linens were provided. The unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator access, this was not an issue for us but something to be aware of. The enclosed porch windows allow for outside fresh air or an extension of the inside air conditioning. We had a minor maintenance issue and Vacasa was quick to respond and resolve the issue. The bay view shown in the pictures is not from the balcony of the unit but the bay is just a short walk across the parking lot. I would stay in this unit again!

Enjoyed the stay very much! I will be booking again. The home has everything you would need for a great vacation. Large walk-in shower. The master bedroom has gorgeous view of the bay. Living area is comfortable and furnished lovely. Kitchen is FABULOUS! The secondary rooms are spacious and with 3.5 bathrooms made this home perfect for us. This home felt like a home away from home. Enjoy! Thank you to the owners for making our girl trip wonderful. The manager did a fabulous job and answered all our questions.

Everything was as described in the listing. Condo was very nice and quiet. It is within walking distance of boardwalk and beach and worked out well for us. Jacob is a great host and responds quickly.

This condo was gorgeous inside & out! Pleasantly surprised to find TWO balconies with amazing views - one of the oceanfront & one of the bayside. The pool was amazing, happy it was open for those gorgeous late-September days. Lots to do within walking distance & also a quick bus trip to the boardwalk. The staff within the building couldn’t have been nicer. There was no toilet paper or paper towels so had to provide our own & the beds could definitely be upgraded but I’d definitely come back again!

This place was great for the price and for us location was excellent. Very close to Jolly Roger attractions, restaurants and beginning of boardwalk. We came in late to check in and the team was quick to response back and stayed on the line until we got in. Never had this type of help before and was very responsive. The decorations, and the amenities made the house feel like home. I would come back again. Thank you!
