We had an amazing two-night stay at Bob’s one-bedroom apartment in Dar. It was even better than the photos—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen had all the essentials, the big-screen TV and dining table made it easy to relax and get work done, and everything worked perfectly. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, and I felt completely safe exploring the neighborhood on foot. Shops, markets, the beach, and movie theaters were all nearby. Bob was a fantastic host—super helpful, always available, and even allowed early check-in, which made a big difference after traveling. The building’s amenities were great. We loved the pool, and the gym was clean and fully equipped. My partner arrived the next day and was just as impressed. This stay had everything we needed: comfort, convenience, and a great location. Bob’s hospitality brought it all together. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Dar es Salaam.

If you're looking for a place which isn't too far from the beach, town and is very close to great places to eat or a mart, this is the place for you. Oh and let's not forget about the pool and gym. This place has everything. Loved it. Definitely coming back

Attu's place is located in very safe street close by to the police station, security guarded and monitored with CCTV 24/7. The landscape and garden outside are well maintained which provide a comfortable outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen is full equipped with all the essential utensils for cooking, eating and coffee making. The internal decor and amenities are of high quality designed to give you a sense of luxury and value. The room is spacious with Queen size bed, and I found the mattress to be very comfy covered with very clean sheets. She has installed water system that ensure the water running in the house is clean and safe, the water from the tap is portable. Reliable power with standby generator. I had warm welcoming to the house especially from Mama Agnes who always available whenever you need her help. The host respond swiftly, and she is ready to go extra miles to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. This is one of the gems in town and I would recommend to anyone.

It was special and wonderful place to stay,I had great time although salha was not in the country at the time of my visit but she organised everything for me to have a good stay through her sister samirah,everything was in place and even recommended some of my friends and family to use this place. Great and so happy during my visit,security is 100% and you don't have to worry about anything. Thanks salha and samirah for allowing me to use your place.

My husband and I were visiting Tanzania for the first time and Lilian was absolutely helpful with how to get around town. She recommended a very professional Taxi service to pick us up from the airport (there is also Bolt and Uber if you prefer). We got there pretty late but we were helped to order in dinner. Her studio is in a central location with places to shop and galavant. My husband and I 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Good place to stay.

I stayed at Haikaeli's lovely apartment/house for 2 nights and had the perfect getaway. From start to finish, I was very happy!! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and even more charming than the photos. I especially loved the back garden, which was cozy. The space had everything I needed – a fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and thoughtful extras like [coffee/tea, toiletries, guidebooks, etc.]. The location was ideal! Not far from the US embassy and Oysterbay Police Station, which gave me a sense of added security. It's located on quiet but untarred street, just a 5-minute walk to the main streets that have some local shops. It also not far from the beaches in Masaki. Haikaeli was exceptional – responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. She gave me great local tips which I found quite useful. She comes highly recommended.

I booked this for mum and she commented on how she had a great stay! The interior decor was stylish and well thought out, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The place was clean and well-maintained, and check-in/check-out was seamless. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend! 10/10 minus nothing.

We had a great time. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Emmanuel was an outstanding host and we loved this apartment. I was really pleased with the location. It is a very quick walk to the ferry and several interesting neighborhoods with restaurants I enjoyed. The apartment also has a washing machine and a clothesline on the balcony - in fact, the balcony was one of my favorite parts of the apartment. Emmanuel is very responsive, personable, and works right in the area. When I asked if I might be able to drop my bag off before check-in he met me early, locked my bag in one of the rooms while the cleaning lady worked, and showed me the place. Either he or the gentleman who helps him at the building was always around if I needed anything. The apartment was big, well appointed, and a nice place to just relax. The bed was comfortable, everything in the apartment worked and was clean. I will recommend Emmanuel's place to any friends who are visiting Dar and if I am in Dar again I will book his place. I recommend highly.

Beautiful place, I enjoyed staying here during my vacation with family. My boys enjoyed the ocean breeze from their bedroom window, the swimming pool and the quick access to the beach. Lars was always a text away to jump in when we needed instructions. Thank you! We will recommend to friends.

What to say, except that this is the best stay I've had. First of all the apartment which is large and has all the amenities as described in the listing. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The beach at 50 meters. Absolute calm. I found everything I needed within a few minutes' walk. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, patisserie, shopping center etc.... But the most important point is the host. Stacy is the soul of this small complex. His professionalism, kindness , friendliness and availability make this place the best. Beyond responding quickly to any request, she has the gift of anticipating needs. Anyway, my stay exceeded my expectations. Thank you Stacy.
