My whole family are very comfortable in the house. Very clean, spacious , perfect for a family / group. I love the kitchen area talaga.You can cook, complete ang gamit pag luto, except sa mga lutuon of course. The only problem we had experience is the heater is not working, but still I will give 100% rate for this house we rented. Thank you Mam eva ans Mam Jocelyn for accomodating us. Till Next time

We had a great stay—even if it was short, we truly enjoyed it. The house was complete with amenities, the Wi-Fi was fast, and we loved watching Netflix in the comfy living room. All the rooms were clean and cozy, perfect after a long trip. All our basic needs were met, and the whole check-in and check-out process went really smoothly. The best part was our host—she was incredibly thoughtful and super considerate, she even woke up early to check on us and offered to hire a multicab so we could get to the port easily. The place felt very secure with padlocks and CCTVs, and the parking area could fit 2–3 vehicles, which was convenient for our group. It’s also accessible to four-wheeled vehicles, which isn’t always the case in the area. For the price, it was more than worth it—ideal for big groups. We really enjoyed our stay, and our host really made us feel so at home. We’d gladly book again if given the chance! Thank you so much, Ma’am Eva!

Stunning view on Surigao Bay

We arrived late after a long drive from Davao to Surigao. I grew up in the area, so the place was easy to find. The steep rooftop stairs were unexpected and may be difficult for some guests. Internet was unreliable and kept disconnecting for hours, even in good weather — which was disappointing since we booked it for online work. Luckily, we brought our own prepaid WiFi. I recommend having a dedicated caretaker to help check the unit and assist with amenities. It’s a bit much for the elderly couple to carry water gallons or change linens up and down regularly. Despite that, we had a peaceful and restful stay. We loved waking up to the sunrise and appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the mornings and evenings. With a few improvements, it would be a perfect spot.
