The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

We (two families, four children), felt very comfortable with Bruno. The house is comfortably and functionally furnished. Only a little inconvenient: There is only one toilet on the basement, which can be reached via a relatively steep staircase. Otherwise: beautiful, quiet environment, great playground nearby, forest, creek. Beautiful veranda. And Lugano can be reached quickly by public transport and car. The communication with Bruno was always friendly, he very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying with him.

The little house is a five star property with clean and comfortable furniture, amazing garden and breath taking lake views. We had all the amenities we needed for the entire stay and kathi have been very helpful. If you book this property, prepare to have an amazing private space but prepare to walk down some stairs to reach the little house.

We are delighted with our stay in Prémeno, which is a very pleasant village. The accommodation was consistent with the photos and we were able to enjoy the balcony. We sympathized with Donatella, she is an available and very warm person that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this cottage.

Very nice and clean apartment with a stunning view from the balcony. Consider that there is no handshower in case you don't like to get your hair wet. Don't drive down to the apartment as the street gets really tight rather park at the designated spot upwards. We enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend.

We were so comfortable in Carmina’s lovely apartment. She is a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly and showed us around the apartment as well as gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Everything was as described and it was a perfect place to stay.

Highly recommended!!! We felt very comfortable in Elkenda's apartment. The apartment was sparkling clean and offers everything you need for a stay. It is very well equipped and there is plenty of storage space for luggage. Elkenda was very attentive and hospitable. She always responded to our messages immediately. An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. We stayed at Alice’s apartment in Gandria, just outside Lugano, and absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautifully situated with a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano—it’s truly the highlight of the place. Waking up to that serene lake scene every morning was unforgettable. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and cozy—perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Even though it rained for much of our stay, the space was so comfortable that we didn’t mind spending extra time indoors, just enjoying the view and peaceful atmosphere. Alice was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful tips about the area. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind away from the busier city center, while still being close enough to enjoy everything Lugano has to offer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with unbeatable lake views. I’d definitely stay here again—hopefully with sunnier weather next time!

What an exceptional experience, thanks to exceptional hosts, in an exceptional place! I cannot recommend Sandra and Raffaele's place enough. Aside from the stunningly beautiful property, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation, their kindness was truly very special and much appreciated. They generously took the time to collect me at the train station, and drop me off upon departure. My visit went by in a blink of an eye; I wish I could have stayed longer in what was a truly idyllic setting. I will absolutely return and grateful to have discovered their place. Place was as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was friendly and responsive, making the experience smooth.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

It’s a no brainer to stay here. Fully immersed in the lake. Moon light at night on the water and during the day you watch classic boats. You’re on the quiet part of the lake and arguably the most beautiful part of it as we drove the whole lake for 5 days. You’re surrounded by Italians and more engaged with Italian culture here. You’re a 25min drive to Menaggio where you can car ferry. Car is highly recommended. I would go to a larger supermarket prior to coming as there only seemed to be mini limited markets around.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

Cécile is a lovely house and the apartment is beautiful and comfortable. She met me at the train station and drove me to the place and showed me around and answered all my questions. She left some snacks in the apartment as well. She responds quickly to questions and is very friendly. The apartment is beautiful with a nice balcony with a spectacular view. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Lugano.
