Excellent! Very welcoming, despite the late hour, I was more than grateful for the almost immediate response.

Prior to booking the host was responsive & answered all my questions. Upon arrival the host left instructions for entry & provided information on nearby places to eat & visit. I was a taken aback by the exterior of the building, & the entryway to the front lobby, however once inside the condo I was relieved. The inside was beautiful. The shower didn’t get hot, however everywhere else the water temperature was fine. Overall my experience was awesome. Even the security at the front was helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay. The penthouse was excellent stay for our toddler and 2 adults. JC left us a little basket of beach toys for our little one - very thoughtful. Place was sparkly clean and the laundry was the perfect amenity. Thoughtfully decorated and perfectly stocked- anything we could think of needing, it was available. We haven’t travelled east of Carolina so staying in Luquillo was the best central location to visit Fajardo Luquillo and Ceiba, and SJ was a short drive away in case we wanted to revisit. Great food stops are a short drive away- most are on JCs guidebook (Latin Gyros and Coffee Therapy are the up there in the best breakfast we had in PR, also check out the Chinese spot, if you never had Puerto Rican Chinese food, you’re missing out). Neighborhood is a mix of tourists and locals, very quiet and small town vibe, close enough to the beach but far enough not to be bothered at night. It’s located in a smaller apartment complex and very safe and secure. Highly recommend Piso 10

It’s our family’s third time staying there and will definitely will continue to stay in the future. The beach is less than 5 minutes walking and the host has everything you need for a fun day at the beach for the entire family. The place is great!

We had a great time!! Beaches are close, Rain Forest is not far, and kiosks are close. We came in very late from our flight and instructions were great to get on so late. Michelle was very quick to respond to questions and give us plenty of recommendations.

Beautiful place and right by the beach. Great front porch patio area with everything needed for beach. Unfortunately a storm came through part of day which limited our beach experience but nice area.

Magda, provided our family the best service! We had to extend our stay due, to a family emergency and she responded right away! We were extremely thankful! Her place is beautiful, comfortable, clean, safe and if that was not enough a few seconds from the beach! We had an excellent time! We will be back and will definitely will connect with Magda again! My stay at Ramon’s place was everything i imagined the beach was just steps away from the condo, local restaurants were all within driving distance a safe location felt safe during my stay. (Kioskos) which was just a two min drive is a must during your visit to Luquillo Beach a whole strip of bars and restaurants, stores the beach is located right behind the strip mall with free parking etc.. Ramon was very responsive and attentive to any questions I had. I will highly recommend this Airbnb to anyway visiting Puerto Rico. It’s about a 40 min drive from San Juan airport.

Aida's condo is lovely. My best friend & I spent the weekend celebrating my birthday. The beds are comfy, the water in the showers is hot, and the place is spotless. I was able to enjoy my coffee watching the sun come up every morning & you can hear the waves throughout the condo. There is direct access to the beach from the back & we were able to walk the beach and bring home some shells & seaglass. Aida was wonderful, offering an early check-in (I didn't ask, but she offered) and texting clear directions and photos on how to access everything, as well as places to eat and explore. We enjoyed checking out all the local beaches & the food from the kiosks. We had a wonderful time, 100% recommend & would stay again!

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Katianas place. Her place was clean, had plenty of towels, was literally a short walk to a very calm and peaceful beach. She also had chairs, beach toys and a cooler to use, which was great. It’s super close to the Luquillo Kioskos, and also another beach area that had a ton of things to do. The area felt safe as well. We enjoyed the sounds of the coqui and the random rain we got most days. Overall, it was a good space and a good location. Katiana was also very responsive if we had questions, her instructions on checking in and getting keys out of lockboxes. Thank you again Katiana!

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

The views and place is amazing. Looks just like the pictures! The bed is so comfortable and the space was very clean. Location is near great restaurants and activities.

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

Ideliz was very communicative throughout our stay. She made sure that we were able to get into the condo without any issues and we really appreciated it. The condo had all of the beach supplies that we needed, weights, a yoga mat, and great tv options. The condo is also in a great location. You can walk to local restaurants, the beach, and it’s a short distance from the grocery store. We barely drove anywhere except for to El Yunque. After a long day it was nice to have the option to take my kids to the pool. The neighborhood did get a little noisy on Saturday night and it didn’t quiet down until around 11:30pm but the rest of our stay was peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying at this location! We move to a different location halfway through our trip after but we should’ve stayed at Ideliz’s place the entire time as it was in a way better location and we really enjoyed our stay.

Super clean and quiet, peaceful and comfortable! Everything I needed was there, great a/c and ceiling fans to keep cool. Will book again!

Harry’s Apartment is very comfortable ,convenience with a nice design. The biggest and the most important was our impression from absolutely phenomenal ( “ millions $$$) view: one side -mountains and other side is ocean front - you can feel the energy of the nature! huge balcony with a very nice furniture, where we all did yoga and stretching! And direct access to the 🏝️ beach . Big extended sleeping sofa was perfect for our teenage son . Well equipped Kitchen + great espresso machine!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Playa Azul! Jer was a wonderful and attentive host. Many necessities were provided (beach chairs, dinnerware, small cooler) which came in handy. Thanks for the memories!

This place was exactly what the pictures looked like. My boyfriend was extremely impressed. I was too. We came from Ohio and were worth the trip. The host communicated effectively and extremely resourceful. Thank you for the great service.

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.

A perfect little beach paradise with an incredible view. Great space, small but nicely stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, and ahhhh that patio. Great bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach. Pool was super clean. Dated building, but super nice people everywhere. Would definitely recommend renting. Note: elevator briefly went out of order, which is common among the Luquillo tower condos. Keep this in mind if you can't handle a lot of stairs!

This is a very charming apartment decorated with very good taste. It has lots of extras so you do not have to go out and buy things you might have forgotten. The view is gorgeous. Elevator is new and very efficient. Guards are very friendly and always happy to help. Waves at the beach could sometimes be challenging but there is a public beach less than a mile away which is very calm and quite clear. Highly recommend this place.
