Garage and space for 3 cars The residence is 900 m from Flamingo Beach, a revitalized waterfront, 1 km from the center and the fish market, and 3 km from the calm Caiobá Beach. We are 200 m from the Soley bakery and 600 m from the Caopi supermarket. An excellent place to relax with the family, available year-round. For better interaction, we revitalized the ground floor with an integrated living room, kitchen and barbecue area, well-sized with everything your family deserves. The house has 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, closets and Home Office benches. The front bedroom has a beautiful ocean view, balcony and motorized shutters for that well-deserved night's sleep for the couple.
