Villa Simbiri is a semi self-sustainable Oasis, with 3 bedrooms overlooking a beautiful deck, a splash pool, beautiful garden, and a 7-minute walk to the beach which makes it the perfect holiday destination. If you feel like getting a workout, we have a home gym with moderate equipment. On the days the weather permits, the local fishermen catch fresh seafood such as fish and prawns. We don’t allow pets/parties/ large gatherings, especially over weekends unless co-ordinated with host.

The house has two private rooms that share a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room. Also, there is a swimming pool that is perfect to refresh and relax.

This is a private house, with independent access, garden and parking space: it has 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom - and it is ideal for a family or 4 people. It is entirely located on a first floor, which makes it brighter and safer. Access to the house is either from the front or rear stairs. The private parking has space for 2 cars; while the garden includes an external kitchen with barbecue facilities, available for lazy afternoons.
