Well-equipped house, pleasant condominium

We had a wonderful time at Villa do Sossego. We were a group of 7 adults and 2 children, everyone had a fantastic trip. The house is beautiful with so much natural beauty. The flowers& plants & of course the ocean front made it spectacular. In the mornings, we went out on the paddleboard and kayak. If you go out far enough, you will reach a very shallow area where the water must be at least 90°, it’s unreal! Bete &Celio add such a nice touch to this Airbnb. Bete makes wonderful local food and was very helpful if we needed anything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked great. We spent our nights by the pool or sitting down on the beach enjoying the ocean breeze. We were lucky enough to be there during the full moon, which made everything look even more spectacular. There is also a “house dog” who came to visit us often, we enjoyed him so much. This was our first time to the area and when we return, we will stay here again for sure. Tatiana has a fantastic place.

The house is exactly like the photos, very beautiful and impeccable. It has air conditioning that is silent and has all the environments. It has a washer and dryer, a clothesline and a portable clothesline. The house also has the necessary utensils such as a pan, sandwich maker, etc. Clean sheets and towels, floor cloth, beach chairs and a cooler for drinks. The condominium is very good and when we went the condominium was empty and quiet. The pool is excellent, with shallow parts for children and a little deeper, approximately 1.40 m. There's also a gym. Juliana is great and answered all my questions at any time of the day. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — clean, organized and very cozy. Comfortable and all environments well cared for. A paradise close to everything. We love the stay. The house is on the sand, on a beautiful, quiet and little bustling beach even at the time of New Year's Eve. And nearby, to dining options. Very good for those who, like us, travel with children. The house has 4 comfortable suites, a swimming pool and a barbecue pit.

Very well-equipped house, I have traveled the world with Airbnb and this was the most complete house I have ever used, with everything we needed, Marceneiro beach is not very good because it has many stones but we went by car to a nearby beach and enjoyed it.

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

The stay was very good. The place itself left nothing to be desired. Exactly the same as advertised and the breakfast is a special detail aside: Adriana chef top. The house is very cozy and the vicinity is very quiet to rest and relax. About the neighborhood, there are very close things like restaurants, supermarkets and beach. As a tourist town in general, prices are high, but it's good. The nearest beach is Praia de Marceneiro, right after the supermarket. Inela, care must be taken with regard to jellyfish. In general, you can do a lot of things on foot and by car. Natália's recommendations were great. Everything was perfect. Would recommend!

The house is excellent and well located in front of Japaratinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region! It was difficult to get into the garage, as locals do not respect the signs preventing access. However, the host instructed us to park behind the residence. Thanks for hosting us and we'll be back soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cozhego house. There is a paradise beach in the backyard of the house. We thank the hosts who have welcomed us with regional chitutes and coconut water, and also to Mr Manoel for the tour in the natural pools. It was very worth it!

The house is beautifully decorated, with a wonderful beach vibe. All rooms are suites, which provided a lot of privacy and comfort for our group. The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach. The house is well equipped with utensils and good appliances. As we were in six people, we missed a larger pot for group meals, but we have already passed this feedback and believe it will be provided. Bed linens are of excellent quality. I recommend and would be back for sure!​

I went with my family to spend my mother's 70th birthday...Gilda served us very well, the stay was perfect...The super clean rooms, the house very organized and the service of chef and housekeeper is very comfortable and efficient...The girls are super friendly and efficient... It was all wonderful! We eat very well, better than many hotels out there... We'll be back!
