This is a very wide, classic and Japanese-traditional house made by Japanese wood located near Dogo Spas. The maximum people is 9 adults. There are 5 single futons with matress and 2 double size futons with matress. There is Bicycle parking space next to the house, so it is suitable for cyclist. It's quiet and convenient for sightseeing and relaxing. There are park, supermarket and tram station in 5 minutes.

松山空港から車で35分。伊予インターから車で13分。 JR伊予市駅から車で13分 JR伊予上灘駅から車で3分、徒歩14分。道後温泉や松山城の観光、とべ動物園などへは、車で約40〜50分。 JR下灘駅まで、車で9分、徒歩1時間20分リフォームしたばかりのかわいいお家。キッチンや風呂、トイレも新しくしました。8畳の和室が寝室。約10畳のリビングダイニングは洋室。広いデッキテラス。前庭もあります。近隣で遊ぶなら・・・海遊び、空遊び、陸遊びの拠点として、双海町を満喫できます。水着を着たまま歩いて海まで、徒歩約2分。ふたみシーサイド公園(道の駅、海水浴)まで、車で3分、徒歩10分。潮風ふれあい公園(遊具のある公園、テニスコート、サッカー場)まで車で5分、徒歩27分。シーカヤックやサップ、パラグライダーの体験ができる教室もあります。(要予約) 海岸線の国道をサイクリングするのもおすすめ。家でのんびりするなら、・・・デッキテラスで、空、緑を楽しむ。前庭にテントを張って、キャンプ気分。バーベキューで、おいしいひと時。家庭菜園があるので、野菜の収穫ができる時期もあります。
