The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

The house - 66 square meters - renovated with great care, consists of: dining room/kitchen with outdoor veranda overlooking the garden; living room, bathroom and terrace with lake view; bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and dormer window with lake view.

We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is close to our home, but it has an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream while looking at the view, the sun's path, on one of the terraces or by the fireplace. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself for teleworking, escape as a couple...
