The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is super affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and drops you off next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps out, as it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very peaceful and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the question we had.

The apartment is super well maintained, clean and has everything that is advertised. Sandra's support is spectacular, they do everything to make sure the guest has the best possible stay. I particularly became a fan of all the details of the apartment!

Our stay in the container was delightful. We took our two pets and they loved the space, they enjoyed it a lot! The space is exactly as in the photos, everything very well equipped and clean. We felt at home!

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

The apartment is extremely well equipped, clean and organized. In the pictures I had already found it very beautiful, but in person it is even better. We love every minute we spend in the ap, very comfy and cozy. The covered spot was great because we took a few days of rain, so it helped a lot. Patrícia was very proactive and answered all my questions with great agility and promptness. It is noteworthy that the location of the ap is wonderful and strategic, as everything we did by bike (provided on ap) or on foot. We sure got it right in the choice.

I went to a Guilherme Machado training, and it was great, I just needed a car to get to and from the airport. Clean, pleasant environment, very helpful and polite hotel staff. If the training is in the same place next year, I will definitely stay with Vera again!

The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The garage spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent cars from being parked side by side, avoiding unwanted doors. The underground market is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

Hi! I loved the space of the stay, it's really wonderful. The apartment is great, super well located and very clean. Bia was perfect from start to finish: super solicitous, thoughtful and organized. We had an issue with another rental and we were able to book with it super fast, which saved our trip! She left everything right in the area and also gave several tips of cool places to know. It was all amazing, really. I will definitely rent with her again!
