Our stay was wonderful! This little gem was such a pleasant surprise to find. The villa is beautiful and is just a few steps away from a private beach. If a romantic getaway is what you are looking for or for a secluded relaxing stay, this little slice of paradise will fit the bill.

we experienced island blackout during our stay. having a generator was good. place is beautiful. Host responsive and very considerate to us. Will come back!

Beautiful house with amazing view!!

Jolie was an amazing host, always responsive, proactive and resourceful. She looked after us like a a good old friend! The villa is a gem, a lot of space, an amazing terrace on the third floor, a fully equipped kitchen and an extraordinary location within 3 min from the beach in a great gated community. The tennis court available was a big plus for us and the peaceful and quiet neighborhood was a blessing, especially after a rather stressful and unpleasant stay in San Juan for 5 days prior to this Rincon trip. The neighbors whom most are local residents are very nice and helpful and we instantly felt like home. Rincón is 10min away and there are good restaurants close by such as La Rosa Inglesa or the Beach House where one can enjoy live music. There is a big surfing community around here and one can feel that cool and relaxed vibe everywhere. We are already thinking about returning with our family and friends. Truly amazing!!experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Host is extremely helpful and friendly. Shout out to Rodajas Deco who decorated the bedroom for my husband's birthday. Definitely reach out to the guest if you want to decorate for a special occasion as well. Highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again!

Had such a great stay here! We spent so much time lounging and enjoying the sun by the pool and the breeze as it flowed through the house when the windows were open—so peaceful. The view from the top bedroom was absolutely incredible, especially in the mornings. Plus, Lindsey & Whit were super thoughtful and left a bottle of champagne, which made for the best morning mimosas. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We can’t wait to come back!

This was my third time staying here and third times a charm, actually so were the second and first times ! The rental is exactly as it shows, everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also a cooler, boogie board, and folding chairs to use during your stay. This spot was perfect for me, quiet, steps to the beach, pool, close to attractions like Crash Boat Beach, the town of Rincon where there’s multiple beaches one just as beautiful as the next. Fall asleep listening to the waves. I walked the beach daily collecting a wide variety of shells. There’s a local ice cream shop that’s absolutely delicious! On the weekends there’s local vendors that gather and sell a variety of items from food, to artwork, wood carvings, clothing, etc. Thursday afternoon/evening in Rincon square there a weekly art festival that’s a must experience. There is so much to experience in this area. Enjoy!

Me and 4 girlfriends stayed at this beautiful property over the long weekend. It was a truly wonderful experience. The property is even more beautiful in person! The tennis court, the pool, the gazebos and outside areas so nice with beautiful trees and ambiance. Truly relaxing. The villa had games and beach supplies. The space is so beautiful and tall! The bathtub can’t be beat! We loved it! Almost as important is that the hosts were extremely thoughtful, welcoming us with personalized greetings and snacks, and super kind, patient and responsive. We were very grateful to Wilton and his team! Definitely recommend and hope to come back next time! Thank you!

Villa la joya was a beautiful property, Camila was very responsive and helpful with the instructions she provided!

This was an amazing stay for myself and my 9 friends! We loved the pool, outdoor kitchen and comfy beds. Also- there were a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches all walkable from the place which was ideal for such a large group. Overall we would love to come back to this place, it was huge and more than enough space for our group. The only thing I would say is more towels (beach ones especially) and I wished there were more kitchen essentials so we did not have to buy salt, cooking oil, or anything else that we were not able to use all of in over a week. Hopefully we’ll be back next year, thank you again to our wonderful and thoughtful hosts for having us!

The very steep Hill getting in and out of Tranquilo was daunting. It was challenging to either walk or drive for the older folks. My children and grandchildren ran up and down without any problem.

Nathalia was responsive and made the check in and check out process simple. The villa was in a great location with good amenities. Would recommend for families.

This Villa was the perfect home for our family of six. Access to the beach, pool in the backyard, visiting iguanas, spacious rooms, great kitchen, these were just a few things that made us feel like we were home away from home. Stu was an excellent host with constant communication, clear instructions, and wonderful tips for the area. we will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Rincon!

Our stay at Tres Terrazas made for the perfect beach vacation. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and the kitchen suited our needs for making breakfast to eat on the magnificent porch. The A/C worked great as well. Of note, the second full bathroom/ shower is by the pool, not in the main home, but it was not a problem. The view of the ocean was stunning and the porch was amazing with a large couch and dining table to fit all of us. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed playing corn hole. Sandy Beach is right down the hill and offers the prefect set up for an enjoyable beach day. The house is in a great location to access the many attractions near Rincon. We loved every second of this gorgeous part of Puerto Rico and look forward to returning soon!

I must share how magical and breathtaking our stay has been! We came to celebrate my 50th milestone birthday and we chose this amazing home, this sparkling property is in the heart of beautiful Joyuda, Cabo Rojo 😍 This home🏡 is than a gem💎 nestled in the midst of familiarity and nostalgia. It comes fully loaded with everything one could ever wish for especially the arresting view🏞️ of the most glorious sunsets are pure magic! The most enchanting part was witnessing these sunsets every single day from various parts of the house; whether while curling up with a book in the master bedroom, or having a delightful meal in the dining room or cooking something up in the kitchen, or just lounging about in the living room. Adding cherry to the top was an incredible outdoor bathtub🛀! Just imagine filling it up with warm water and sinking in, while catching the mesmerizing sunset🌅 Staying here was Blissful in every way! We are most definitely coming back really soon! 🙏🏻

Place was peaceful and private. Beach is 2 min in car . Maybe 7 mins walking . Super clean… owner was very friendly as helpful.

We really enjoyed this beautiful house! Our kids loved swimming in the private pool, and the outside kitchen and dining area was an added bonus. Everything inside was sparkling clean and there were thoughtful, additional small amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen, that made the place feel like home. The house is a few minutes walk from a great bakery and we enjoyed picking up sandwiches and donuts to go on our walk to the beautiful swimming beach just across the main road. We also enjoyed the little farm down the road that had peacocks and other animals that were fun for the kids to see. Thank you to Daniel and Victor for being great hosts! Victor was available by phone and texts for any questions that came up and he was happy to give us recommendations on places to eat. This was a great place and we were definitely come back!

Yaneira's villa on the beach is a paradise. The accommodations, balcony and pool were amazing. The pelicans, private beach and coral reef were an extra special surprise. Bring your snorkeling gear, it is worth it!

This place was magic. It is run like a well oiled machine. Extremely well maintained, and this place is a a castle. Castles are a lot of work to maintain. Our host was absolutely wonderful. Easily one of my top 3 favorite places to stay. We will absolutely be back. I’m excited to check out the wellness offerings and retreats on our next visit. 10/10 recommend!

Robertos villa was beautiful and clean we felt right at home. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the backyard. balcony views were a dream very peaceful and all the greenery was so beautiful!! The cake roll that the host left for us was delicious and thoughtful! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to be back and stay here again with my family!

We stay at many homes on vacations. This house has everything you need and more. Beach chairs, towels, pool toys, fully stocked kitchen. I can go on and on. Steve, the property manager is excellent! The owners are blessed to have him managing their home. Can’t say enough great things!! Thanks and we will be back!

Perfect place to stay with the family. Peaceful location and lots to do. Close to grocery store and beach. Only thing I would change is the mattress, it was too soft for me and my wife to sleep in and felt uncomfortable. Other than that everything was really good and as advertised.
