Holiday rentals with a patio in Mayaro Rio Claro Regional Corporation

The apartment was very nice and homey, we felt at home. The gated community is very clean and quiet. The onsite minimart was super handy and had all the day to day products we needed. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying there in the near future and will definitely recommend the apartment to my friends and family.

Tenisha’s place was amazing. Location was safe and secured. Automatic gates for entrance along with parking for your car. The pool was immaculate, and the overall yard was pristine. The rooms were exactly as described and they provided additional towels. For the pools and for shower. All rooms had AC along with the living room. Bathroom was newly renovated with a walking shower that can fit any size individual. Tenisha was out of town but her brother Roger was there to assist us with anything before we even needed it. They kept in constant communication with me and Tenisha despite not being in town would check up with me. My cousins and I enjoyed this property and would recommend this to anyone. I know I will be staying here the next time I arrive in Trinidad. Perfect proximity to the airport as well as some amazing shopping malls. Thank you again for hosting my cousins and I.

I recently spent 7 days at this property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The place was immaculately clean, with fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and a well-kept living space that truly felt like a home away from home. Security was top-notch, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. The building felt very safe, and I appreciated the added measures like secure entry and responsive owner. Comfort-wise, everything exceeded expectations. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the temperature was always just right. Whether I was working, relaxing, or getting a good night's sleep, the environment was quiet and peaceful. On top of all that, there were so many thoughtful touches—like complimentary toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The attention to detail really made a difference. The host was also a highlight: friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Fovere! The place was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully put together. Darryl truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. One detail that really stood out was the cabinet in the bathroom, it was stocked with essentials like painkillers, sanitary napkins, and more. It showed just how much care went into every aspect of our stay. We also really appreciated the entertainment options provided—card games and a table football game made our time there even more fun and memorable. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect central location close to other areas for accessibility. The property was bigger than expected and better than what the photos show! Amenities all included. Had everything we needed. Hosts were amazing!! Would definitely stay again!

Loved this place, looked just like the photos. We had no issues while staying there, Miss Paula was very nice and friendly during check in and check Out. Michael was very helpful and even accommodated us at a convenient check in and check out timings based on our flights .

Very nice place and very secure. Instructions were clear to enter and the hosts were responsive to our questions when we had them. Walkable to the Arima market about 20 a minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked Ailsa's place for my fiance during her time in Trinidad in September 2024. She was very pleased with her stay. She commented on Ailsa and Junior's prompt responses and willingness to be of great help and service. You'll feel right at home. It's tastefully decorated, with ample storage and space for lounging and getting fresh air. I found Jamal's place to be in a safe, gated community. The residence was spacious and clean. All appliances were new including the washer and drying machines. Air conditioning in all rooms was a huge plus as well. Towels were enough for the two of us. Would probably need more linens if there was a larger party. Having dishes, plates, and silverware was very convenient. I would absolutely stay in this home again if visiting Trinidad. Jamal is the type of host you want to deal with, worry-free and responsive.

This rental was extremely private and peaceful. Very updated, modern and new. The pool area is secluded and has a great ambience with warm lighting in the night. The kitchenette and surrounding space is nice to have a cup of coffee on the morning or to cook on evenings. Has sufficient amenities. The deck area tends to be shaded in the morning period and late evenings from the surrounding trees on the property. Overall, it was a really great space with secured parking as well. Ravin was extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely return!

My stay with Cathy Ann was nothing short of amazing. She is a gracious host and made breakfast and dinner and juice, at request. The place is actually wayyy better and bigger than pictured.

André place was exactly like the phones, it was free of clutter, great balcony and spacious kitchen. Only thing is if you want friends to come over there is only available parking for 2 vehicles. Rather than that it was a good stay. Very safe place

My stay at Rennie's condo was very relaxing. The Unit was very clean and comfortable, felt right at home. The security in the building was one of the reasons why I booked this place and I was very surprised at how much it exceeded my expectations. Hospitality. Words cannot explain, this was my best experience using AIRBNB. The area in Trinidad was new to me. Gabriella and her family made sure I felt safe at all times. My rental space was the top floor of the building which offered total privacy and serenity. The views of the mountainsides is spectacular from that location. There are limitless options for shopping, since the Trincity Mall is literally over a block away. Great space with affordable price. I highly recommended. 5 stars +.

This is my go to place & Allana is awesome. I encountered a problem which was out of any Hosts hands and and she swiftly swooped in to alleviate things. I appreciate good people and good hosts and she is that indeed, and her place is as comfortable as my last time here I feel homely when I am inside. Thank You Allana.

Charmaine's stay was amazing. I would absolutely live in this place if I could lol! Charmaine herself was also an incredible host - very communicative and gave us lots of recommendations on how to best use the space and the surrounding area of San Juan. Very nice supermarket is a 2 min walk across the street, and both Trincity and East Gates Mall are about a 15 min drive away.

Last minute booking and host was very acommodating and timely with making arrangements. Place was comfortable and appealing and safe. Really appreciated this time the value of being able todo some washing after travelling whilst getting other work done. Met all criteria and more.Will stay again soon.
