22 m² studio full of charm with a beautiful high ceiling completely refurbished, in a quiet and green area not overlooked. Located close to the village of Châtillon-sur-Colmont between Mayenne and Ernée. This accommodation offers: a separate entrance with cupboard, a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, private bathroom + toilet. Guests can also enjoy access to the garden of about 2000 m² with a seating area.

In a green setting, 15 minutes from Laval and 10 minutes from the A81 highway exit 4, the "Les Bosquets" outbuilding is located in a private property in the heart of the village of Saint Ouen des Toits. You can walk to the village shops and services (bakery, supermarket, bar, restaurant, post office, hairdresser, bread and pizza distributors, pond, petanque court).

Our studio of about 50 m2, refurbished and functional, is located in a place called quiet and peaceful on the heights of Ambrières-Les-Vallées. The living room consists of a bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people. Access to the greenway on the old railway, used by Vélo Francette, is located about 500 m from us.
