My experience was very good. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Air conditioning and hot water. The staff is very friendly and attentive at all times. The central area, spacious parking lot, there is a laundromat 5 mins walk away. It has everything one needs except for a small refrigerator. But it would definitely be my first place to take into account my next trip. Thank you very much Cebelas

Excellent place, inside it has several things to have fun and the hostess is very attentive to any questions or whatever you need. The proximity to the IRTRA parks is also impressive, it takes very little time to get there.

Clean place, very friendly staff, they are always attentive. I have stayed at this hotel several times and the service is the best in Mazatenango.

It is right in front of the entrance to the IRTRA hostels. It has its own jacuzzi and pool. The hosts are very kind and let me bring my dog. I thought I was going to hear the noise of the cars but I don't know, I can't hear it at all :)

The host was friendly at all times, their instructions were accurate and we thank you for having a flexible check-in.

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well equipped for a good stay. The location is perfect for visiting the IRTRA parks. The condo is quite quiet. The person who delivers and receives the keys is very kind.

Everything was great except the air conditioning, it never cooled. It is close to campero and feels safe, it also has parking.

The only regret we had with my family was not staying there for longer. Omar and his helper were amazing at helping us get anything we needed. The apartment was so beautiful, the view was amazing as well. It is a great place to relax and have fun at the same time. The only thing that we had a problem with and it is NOT the host’s fault was that we didn’t have power until like 7pm and I believe the whole town didn’t have power either. But it was a great time overall. we only stayed one night and we already think that one WEEK won’t be enough to be there either!!! They helped us find a reasonable boat ride that even included a tour at San Juan La Laguna that was so fun! I cannot wait to go back to this place.
