A bathroom and a half are available for your use. Large patio for grilling meat. There is a kitchenette in case you like to cook in our apartment. Supermarket two blocks away and the speed of being four blocks from the boardwalk.

Access is totally independent so you can enjoy your privacy, in addition to having a garage and so enjoy while visiting our beautiful port. You will also find us in the house next door in case you need anything. We are a 3-minute walk to the "Teodoro Mariscal" stadium and a 5-minute walk to the beach and aquarium.

The beach is 15 minutes away. The place is a studio that has a full bathroom, minibar, microwave, iron, hair dryer, TV, Wifi, in front of a park to exercise, one block away you will find places where they sell juices, smoothies, hamburgers, hot dogs, roast meat tacos, seafood you also have very close Soriana Insurgentes.
