Cottage with an area of 102 m2 in terraced buildings (4 houses). At your disposal will be: three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with kitchenette and fireplace and terrace and garden. The beach with a platform for the exclusive use of the inhabitants of the settlement and guests is located approx. 90 m from the door of the cottage.

Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. In our habitat, you will rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. We offer private rooms with a separate entrance, bathroom and mini kitchenette. You will find sports and recreational equipment such as bicycles, kayaks, SUP boards, which you can use in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Brodnica Lake District. The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.
