The home is beautiful! Very spacious and very peaceful, super easy to find. The host was very kind and quickly responsive to any inquiries I had. We had an amazing weekend stay here and would def go back 💜

We were in town for a wedding and Amy’s place was a wonderful retreat from all the festivities. It’s nestled in a beautiful location that is peaceful and private. We were welcomed to with cold waters and snacks when we arrived. One helpful note, our GPS tried to take us to Amy’s personal house (next door) so be aware that when you come up the hill, this unit is to the left of the red shed. All-in-all, Amy is a wonderful host with a fantastic place to stay and we’ll definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.

This is our favorite place to stay. The address is nice. The house is clean. The host is super! We'll be back!

Perfect place to stay while in town for my son’s wedding. Spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! Can fit a lot of people comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. Also great location. Close to Cumberland Falls!

James worked with me on an issue with reservation that was my oversight and was very responsive with all questions before and during the stay. House is very clean inside. Very convenient to downtown area as well as the main strips. We would stay again and recommend James as a host. I would stay in any of his listings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin and surroundings are beautiful. We would certainly consider coming back. We want to thank Sandra for her hospitality and quick response to any questions.

Finns BnB was the most wonderful home to spend our first anniversary as husband and wife. The seclusion was truly serene. The home was filled with amenities that made our trip effortless. Every detail was so thought out that we were left with nothing to do but enjoy our stay. The local recommendations Sawbriar Brewery and Highland Manor Winery, were both stunning and worth every penny. We chose to extend our stay by a night which was quickly accepted by the host. We loved our stay so much we are already planning our return.

We enjoyed our stay! VERY CLEAN! Beautiful views. No complaints aside from having to pick up and drop off keys, and garbage not being taken care of for us. Most airbnbs do both, and we travel a lot. Again, minor inconveniences and not a huge deal. Just something to mention! We would love to come back and would spend our money here again. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay! The community here is truly beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The host was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, ensuring that I had exactly what I was looking for during my visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

This cabin was an easy choice. Most importantly It’s pet friendly. The road the cabin sits on works perfectly for walking the dogs. There are two sides to the porch. The side with the grill and hot tub is completely screened in so my dogs were able to come out and join us without escaping. You can also enjoy the hot tub without all the bugs. The other side of the porch however is open to enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of the forests. You do not have a private pool, but the resort this cabin is located in offers three pools to use during your stay! Both times we visited the pool area we had it all to ourselves so it felt private.Last, and probably my favorite amenity, is the option to rent a golf cart to get around the resort in. The views you see driving up the mountain in the cart are astounding! Driving down is the fun part! You won’t regret booking this cabin! The owners are kind and helpful. They gave us info on several things to do in the area and made sure we were comfortable

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely updated condo with plenty of room. Convenient to pool, playground and restaurant. Stools around the kitchen counter instead of table with chairs.

Loved our stay! The house was clean and looked like the pictures. The back deck was lovely to sit out on in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay, the location is next to the pool. The home was perfect for our needs and very spacious. Woodson Bend is a lovely place to get away and enjoy the beauty of Lake Cumberland.

Kim’s place was exactly what we needed for our last minute weekend getaway. Very peaceful, very comfortable, well-stocked and beautiful! The location was close the trails we wanted to hike and close to the cutest 50’s style dairy bar. Kim was very responsive and friendly and I would definitely go back!

10/10 will stay here again! Cody was a great host, and the property and surrounding area area is stunning! I stayed in the Bookworm Yurt, but there were two others as well as a few nice camper trailers. Would be a great location to rent multiple units and bring the family. There's a common area with hanging chairs, a grill, bags, horseshoes, picnic tables, and plenty of area to hang out. One thing you MUST do, rent the E-Bike from Cody. There are miles and miles of paths to explore nearby, and these things are an absolute hoot to ride. I got farm fresh veggies from Walter down the street, and Cody hooked me up with fresh eggs from their chickens. The bathhouse was clean and close to the yurt, and all the water on the property is spring fed. It doesn't get any better than this.

second time here and it was just as, if not more, enjoyable than the last. I love the peace and tranquility of James and Lora's cabins. The river was running a bit high but i was still able to go to waters edge and enjoy it. it also made for some wonderful white noise.... the fireflies were out in masses and the clear, open sky is the perfect for stargazing. I recommend summer shoals to any and all who appreciate natures beauty and helpful, friendly hosts. i will be back :)

Cody & Cheyenne are awesome, generous and attentive hosts who take pride in this little slice of Heaven they shared with us! Salt of the earth kind of folks! :) Upon arrival, we were honestly quite surprised! The camper itself combined with the beautiful surroundings and numerous nearby tourist attractions far exceeded our expectations. In our opinion, the details/description provided in the listing simply doesn't do it justice. They even offer a Blackstone grill beneath a beautiful pavilion for guests to use. The fact that they're pet-friendly was icing on the cake! Highly disappointed that our stay was cut short due to storms resulting in a power outage. Not their fault. They certainly can't control acts of God! We'll definitely be returning, hopefully soon! PS...Cheyenne is a VERY talented baker! Her chocolate chip cookies are to die for!

This beautiful and rustic barndominium exceeded my expectations. I felt so inspired by how lovely and artistically it was decorated. This home spoke to my soul in so my ways. We absolutely LOVED Our time here it was Magical! Charisma was a wonderful host she was always available and checked in on us throughout our stay. I highly recommend her Gorgeous home. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Cody’s place was amazing! Me and my husband had a perfect stay for our anniversary! Cody called and warned us of hot weather and offered us a camper for our stay, but we decided to stick with the Yurt. We were on the lake all day and slept in the yurt and it was PERFECT! We slept so good! The bathhouse is a little warm so opting to shower at night is best! We loved it though! So much fun peaceful, quiet, and clean!

Absolutely amazing host and beautiful place. you will never regret staying here and bringing your family as well as your dogs! James and Lora are absolutely the sweetest people you will ever meet.
