Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Bright, clean, College Hill 1-bdrm suite with private entrance. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed).
