We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

Lovely stay here at Veque! Apartment was clean and matched the description. Lan, our host did a phenomenal job at easing us into our accommodation. She was always prompt in her replies and would go above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable and our needs/requests were met. She also allowed us to store our luggage in the building after check out as well. Exceptionally pleasant place to stay, would recommend!

The room is in a good location and very close to Train Street. It also comes with a balcony. Linh is very kind and ready to help.

Runa's apartments never disappoint! We've just came from another of her listings a couple of days ago, and we've experiencef the same hospitality and charm. The place looked exactly like the pictures, and we really enjoyed our stay. It is walking distance to quite a few attractions as well, and taking a Grab back is never a problem as Cafe Aguri is located just downstairs. We found out that she had a cafe along train street, and managed to catch the train passing by! All in all a 5 star experience, couldn't recommend a better host! Thank you for an enjoyable and memorable stay in Hanoi!

May Homestay is a great live/work/play environment. Like many places in Vietnam, the adjacent buildings are old and then you step into the pleasant space of May Homestay. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The room was adequate and the bed was VERY comfortable!! Great Job to the creators here!

Really nice place to stay in Hanoi. We were a little worried that there wouldn’t be much to do due to its location but there was lots to do nearby and only a 30 min taxi into the city centre. Really friendly and responsive host, I would recommend!

We had a great time at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment. The space is clean, modern, and the view is absolutely stunning — truly worth every dollar. Having all three units on the same floor made it perfect for our group to stay connected and enjoy quality time together. The host, Ngọc, is incredibly humble and supportive. She went out of her way to assist us, even helping us find our next stay when we wanted to move closer to West Lake. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Hanoi with a kind and helpful host.

Simple clean and met the needs of a short trip visitor.

I had an occasion near the Jerry House area. It was hard to find accommodation at the last minute, but Jerry House was ready to serve guests. The room looked exactly like the one in the listing—clean and smelling good. 😄👍

It was assigned to a different accommodation from the photos, and the first cleaning was not good, but the response was great, so it was a comfortable trip during my stay.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

Nguyen is an amazing host and the apartment is impeccable. Throughout my stay we maintained a close communication, everything worked perfectly and there were absolutely no issues.
