Art-Filled Bohemian Apartment Near Holyrood

You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We live locally so can meet guests on arrival and be available for any questions or to provide information about local amenities. The apartment is located in the Abbeyhill area of Edinburgh. It's a 10-minute walk to Holyrood Palace, a great selection of independent cafes, bars, bakeries, and good public transport to other parts of the city. The apartment is exactly one mile from Waverley Train Station which is a lovely 15/20min walk or 5mins in a taxi ride. Edinburgh Airport is located outwith the city, this is either a 30/40mins taxi ride (£20-25), or an airport bus or the tram and then a 15/20mins walk (or a second bus/taxi). Peaceful sunny & central artists flat with parking

Located just 15-20 mins walk to Holyrood Palace and the foot of the Royal Mile and Edinburgh's Old Town and right next to Queens Park, and the volcanic peak of Arthur's seat. This artists flat is a little rough around the edges and rustic in nature but it's a special place that's spacious, bright and peaceful, despite being close to town. You’ll love our large shared garden , the cozy living room and the close proximity to the royal park and volcano in the front garden! great for dogs!

Cosy Edinburgh flat

Take it easy at this cosy and tranquil getaway. 15min walk to the city centre and 10 min to bottom of Arthur Seat. It’s perfectly located with plenty of caffès , restaurants, bars and shops right outside the door step. As close as it is to the busy city it provides a peaceful and quiet stay. The property has a bedroom with a king size bed and two double sofa beds located in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with everything that might be needed.
