It was a great experience it felt like we were right at home. Will definitely be going back and was definitely worth the money.

We had a lovely stay, David gave us comprehensive details for getting there, links to bus timetables etc which was very helpful. Also informed us that the apartment was ready for us and that we could check in at anytime which was very helpful as we had a toddler with us! Unfortunately we had a blocked toilet after first day but David immediately responded. The apartment is in such a good location for shops, pubs etc., and probably the best Chinese takeaway we have ever had, all within walking distance! Would highly recommend the apartment!

Spotlessly clean, new and comfortable accommodation in grounds of proprietors bar/restaurant, Carranstown Lodge. We were very well entertained in the pub where we met Simon, his Dad and friendly locals. We even had a sing song! A good place to stay if visiting Newgrange/Brú na Bóinne, a short 10 min drive. A very cozy and convenient location to stay at if you are planning to visit Dublin. Just a bus away, one hour bus ride with traffic. The host was wonderful. A bit confusing at the beginning, however, host was wonderful in reaching out and making contact. She explained everything needed. The place was a good value for the location. The rooms had plenty of space, clean, good internet, and excellent showers. We did run-out of hot water twice, but we were expecting same. No big deal. Plenty of bars and lounges near by. An excellent Pizza place nearby with a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, the dedicated parking was very welcome. It was safe and convenient, especially given the location, where parking is limited. Host was wonderful. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was my 2nd time staying here and will always be my go to AirBnB in Ireland. I travel to Ireland for work and could stay anywhere but I don’t even look now. I guess this isn’t as much a review as a recommendation. You’re about a mile to the town center and shopping (and it’s a beautiful walk). I stopped counting at 10 good mornings from the locals on my walk to the office. There are two amazing takeaways less than 100 yards from the house and an amazing sit down restaurant that’s maybe 400 yards away, The Black Bull. We had easy access to Dublin without paying Dublin prices and we were able to return to the quiet neighborhood where this house is located. Then soak those sore legs in the hugs tub! It’s also a short drive to the coast from Drogheda. The house is spotless and you just feel so at home. Lorna is an amazing host who always goes out of her way to make the stay is everything I need it to be. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great stay. Quiet and peaceful accommodation.

I stayed at this apartment in Dunboyne for two nights during a work trip. The location was convenient and there were a few shops and restaurants nearby for anything I needed. The apartment was clean and matched the description, with a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi—both important for a work stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions and was responsive throughout.

We stayed at Dee’s place in Ireland, and she was so kind, gave us tons of recommendations for places to stay, made us feel super comfortable and was super accommodating. Our family enjoyed her and Fergus and we thoroughly loved the place we stayed at, will definitely stay again. Thanks again Dee for your hospitality!

My family and I had a quick overnight layover in Dublin, and our flight got in late. Sonia was very accommodating with our late check in time, and it was nice to have a clean, comfortable place to stay for the night.
