Es un lugar que recomiendo 100%, su ubicación es central, la zona es muy tranquila, los espacios del apartamento son los necesarios para una buena estadio, todo está muy limpio y corresponde a las fotos de publicación, pero sobre todo Luisa es una excelente anfitriona, siempre está pendiente de ti, de tu llegada, de que estés cómodo, te asesora con los planes que tengas, es un amor. Espero volver pronto!

We had an incredible time at this luxurious country house! The location is perfect, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to the city. The house itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully surrounded by nature, making it an ideal spot for a family or friends gathering. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for both relaxing during the day and unwinding under the stars at night. The amenities are top-notch—air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fantastic BBQ area for our get-togethers. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, and the social areas with Bose equipment made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, exclusive escape close to Medellín.

Maravilloso lugar, es más lindo que en fotos, fácil y rápido de llegar desde Medellín, todo estaba impecable, la cocina moderna, lugar silencioso, perfecto para una noche en familia y para descansar, además nuestra anfitriona nos respondió de inmediato en todas las ocasiones! Graciassss

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

Great spot! Quiet, clean, and Fede is an amazing host. Can't recommend enough!

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y con todos los detalles que uno necesita para una estadía cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y muy fácil de moverse. Lo que más queremos destacar es la amabilidad y el servicio del host. Fue atento desde el primer momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. 100% recomendado. Sin duda, volveríamos.

Laureles. You’ll be surrounded by restaurants, cafes , bars , souvenir shops , money exchange places, tours all in a four to five block radius. This place is a great find .

Estimado equipo de Airbnb, Quería compartir con ustedes mi experiencia durante mi estadía en su propiedad del 23 al 27 de mayo. En general, todo estaba muy limpio y organizado, lo cual aprecio mucho. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes que me gustaría mencionar para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes: 1. Tuve que contactar al anfitrión para solicitar bolsas de basura, lo cual podría haberse prevenido dejando varias bolsas accesibles para su uso. 2. Sería útil tener toallas extra disponibles, para facilitar el cambio sin tener que solicitarlo. 3. Noté que la parte de arriba del lavabo del baño tiene un problema de que estánca el agua se y dificulta el uso, especialmente al ordenar mi bolsita de maquillaje ya que se mojo toda😭 Agradezco su atención a estos detalles y espero que puedan considerarlos para mejorar la experiencia de los próximos huéspedes. Really nice spot. Great value for the price. Belen is a bustling yet charming neighborhood. The room is small but has what you need. Private bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. Nice balcony. Security was solid. I had to go through 4 gates to reach the room door which also had a lock. Security cams everywhere. The best part were all the staff that were there. The people running the Airbnb were very helpful and responsive. Super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Gave me great recommendations for local spots. Overall they helped give me the best possible welcome into Medellin and I’m very grateful to them.

Apartamento privado, de fácil acceso, seguro, con tadas las comodidades que se enuncian en la descripción. También está ubicado en un lugar muy agradable, demasiado tranquilo y desde el cuál puedes moverte con facilidad sin importar el lugar de la ciudad al que te dirigas.

I recommend Claudia’s place for it’s comfortable and clean atmosphere. Very good location, close to most attractions and in a very safe neighborhood. Claudia is very proactive and easy to reach. As 3 women traveling alone we felt very comfortable and safe.

Mateo & crew were super responsive and full of suggestions for restaurants, outings, etc. We found it easy to get around, especially on foot, when we wanted to dine or shop. The setting was beautiful and surrounded by trees with lots of birds in a primarily residential setting. We made use of the pool and well-equipped gym. Photos accurately represent the property. Awesome washer/dryer and all amenities needed to survive, including soap/shampoo/drinking water. Tip: when taking a taxi or Uber, use the building name to assist with the exact address. Highly recommend & would stay again!!

Excellent location, apartment was very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Keep in mind this is on a third floor walk-up, not ideal for those with kids or disabilities. Lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Quiet, beautiful lively neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again with my family!

Una anfitriona muy amable y atenta. El edificio es una serie de suites diseñada y construida con el nómada digital en mente, entonces muy internacional el asunto. Muy bien el área de co-working y el gimnasio muy bien equipado con máquinas de alta calidad, incluidos una power tower, un multiaparato y una remadora de grado comercial. El único menos que le vi a la suite (que tiene que ver con el diseño) es que la cocineta es minúscula (dentro de un armario) y es un poco incómodo cocinar. La tarja en particular es pequeñísima para lavar. En cuanto a mobiliario, todo muy bien. Creo que lo único que le faltó a la habitación fue un silloncito de lectura.

I just had a great all around time. Right in the middle of the best part of Poblado but still quiet inside the condo. Vey walkable to Lleras park, provenza, the best restaurants, clubs, action, fun! It had it all. A nice full leather sofa and large leather chair was nice and so rare to have such comfortable quality furniture at an airbnb to sit in to relax, chat, netflix, surf the net. A great pleasant surprise!
