It is a very nice place to stay, quite comfortable, very pleasant climate in the house, easy access.

Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

Beautiful location with amazing views of the city. Walking distance to Éxito supermarket and Viva shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. Would love to visit again.

Very quiet but still a very short uber ride to attraction sites. Very responsive and helpful host. Responded almost immediately with every question I had. Beautiful scene of the whole city from the apartment. Hot running water which doesn’t turn cold providing nice warm showers. Each room equipped with AC to keep you cool on hot days. Nice spacious 2nd floor outdoor/ indoor Restuarant and also a 1st floor Store in building which gives you almost no reason to leave as most necessities are purchasable there onsite. Gym with Olympic barbell and racks for those serious athletes. Treadmill etc. All in all, as experienced traveler to Colombia, this will now always be my first choice apt in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect location and size

I absolutely loved my stay here! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the accessibility of the place made everything so convenient. Carlos, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The spacious kitchen was a highlight for me, equipped with all the essentials. Plus, the location is fantastic! Smartfit gym is just a 3-minute walk away, along with great breakfast spots and a pharmacy nearby. Getting around was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Everything was great The apartment had everything I needed: Fully functional kitchen I worked at the computer on the terrace Sleeping was good, because there was no strong noise Andrea is a very positive and pleasant host I recommend these apartments, I lived here for 2 weeks

The pool is beautiful and we loved the hot tub and steam room! Very quiet, pretty, peaceful place and you can hear the stream at the edge of the property.

2nd time staying in Beatri apartment and I ABSOLUTELY love it!!! Everytime I plan to come to Medellín this place is a must check for availability for me.

A few blocks away from all the noise and chaos from Provenza. Good apartment. TV worked good. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balcony faces a street so id bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case. AC worked well.

Well located apartment, 2 blocks from 70 Diana is always receptive and kind Hot water, kitchen with everything you need, cleaning service. I recommend it !

I really enjoyed living long-term in this area so much that I decided to extend my stay. Sebastián is a quality person and an excellent host.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. There were a few issues on this visit but all the issues were corrected Melissa is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Everything is super excellent and the view is great

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for work from home, good internet, has nice desk for work. the apartment has everything you need for long stay. I highly recommend

Fantastic, bright, and spacious apartment just 2 minutes from the metro station. The flat is in a really quiet building and a family-oriented area. We spent a month here and everything was superb. Sergio is very kind, attentive, and super helpful at all times—always super quick to respond. We had a couple of minor issues with the lights and the boiler, and Sergio dealt with them brilliantly, making sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. We work from home and the internet speed was excellent—we never had any issues with it. You can easily get an Uber from here, and do your grocery shopping online and get it delivered straight to your door.. If you need anything else, there’s a small supermarket just a 2-minute walk from the flat (plus several food stalls nearby where you can buy local dishes and handmade juices). If you’re looking for a quiet and well-located place that is the perfect place to choose. Thank you!
