This apt on the 3rd floor is steps from the beach, with access only for residents of the complex (there is security booth); it features two swimming pools, children's games, tennis and basketball court, equipped gym and sauna. The apto has 2 rooms with tv and a/c (one with a queen bed and another with 3 single beds). Caminando there is a supermarket, and by car is close: El Yunque, los kioskos de Luquillo, Piñones, Walmart, Canóvanas outlet, the airport and more.
