Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Meguro City

Spend wonderful week of staying in this place, small apartment but great neighborhood.

Absolutely loved our stay here! it was not in the big tourist spots, but a quick and easy train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya. I was thankful to be in a quieter area, but conveniently located within 1 min walk of Family Mart and anything you wanted to eat. I highly recommend this place and we so loved it! Great and quick communication. would definitely stay again if/when we return to Tokyo!

Tatsuki always checked in on us and was always quick to help and answer our questions. Space may have been small, but it was incredibly clean and had every amenity. It was also close to the train station and convenience stores. Perfect place for going in and out. :)

We enjoyed the convenience of this location very much - it was close to the train station, close to restaurants and convenience stores, and was a quieter area in close walking distance to the busier area of Asakusa. The space of the apartment felt tight to walk around in for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children age 7 and 10), but the description and reviews did mention the narrowness of the apartment. We put out the extra bed on the floor for bedtime and folded it back up during the day to allow space for the table and put some of our luggages underneath the bed, and it worked out. We were thankful for the many amenities provided such as washer, the kitchenette, and the instructions on how to use the items, and felt the space was well used. Keyless entry was also smooth and easy.

Highly recommend for a group or family. Ideal location - walking distance to everything. Great neighborhood, it was an enjoyable walk home from Shibuya station at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again for any future trips.

Lovely place to stay, super clean, plenty of clean towels, shower gel/shampoo provided, amenities great. Lots of 7-11s or equivalent around. Short walk to metro station and easy to get anywhere on the underground, including the airport. TK was responsive, helpful and generous. Can’t fault our stay (3 adults) and would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

Tempat peony ini lbh baik dari foto nya. sangat saya rekomendasikan. namun jika koper besar, harus perhatikan , ke unit harus melewati tangga manual, tanpa lift, lebar tangga kecil , namun tangga tidak terlalu tinggi untung nya.

Great stay! Highly recommend the ramen place shared by Hideyuki. Close to the Asakusa line and a few temples are walking distance. Overall 5/5. Worth mentioning: the stairs were a bit narrow so please be cautious if members of your party have disabilities.

It was such a beautiful home, honestly we had a very different view of it just because we live in the US our perspective of the home was different but once we arrived seeing the architecture and the way the house is built was so wonderful and smart. Everyone loved the house! We felt so comfortable especially the terrace was so peaceful. We loved being able to have two bathrooms as well as having a washer/dryer in one! We were actually so surprised and having little kids with us it was a necessity. We loved how close it was to Uniqlo and other restaurants and stores ESPECIALLY the train station it was such a lifesaver when it came to taking all our luggage’s to head to the airport. Overall we fell in love with Mari’s place and decided to stay at her place when we visit next time! Mari and her team were so responsive and helpful sending guides to places to visit. Thank you so much!

Yoshi, our host was amazing. He was very accommodating and so so helpful during our time there. He even called a store to check if they had something we wanted. Amazing host. Amazing place and it really made our first time in Japan memorable and nice.

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

this place is spacious for Japan. it was clean and had everything you wanted in an airbnb place. the two half baths (upstairs & downstairs) was convenient for a family of 5. the house is located in a very private area and very quiet. it's less than 5min walk to nearby train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. it's also 3-4 stops away from the Shinjuku train station, which is very convenient. the air conditioning works great during the summer time in Tokyo. the hosts (Naomi and Watanabe) are great and responsive to our inquiries. they provided us to lists of recommended restaurants, if needed. a big 75" TV (i think) in the living room was great. the kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook a meal if needed. we didn't use them much but they're available. we highly recommended anyone visiting Tokyo to stay at this place. we definitely would stay here again on our next visit here. The place was very clean and comfortable, and as shown in the pictures. It’s beautiful, too, with the artwork and the feel of a traditional Japanese home. It was literally a stone’s throw away from the convenience store, very near the grocery and local Daiso, and beside restaurants, and a few minutes from the train station. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was at least an hour away from places like Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. by train, though, and since we were 6 people it ended up a little pricey to ride the train to go places everyday. But it’s a direct ride to and from the airport so we saved also from having to hire a private car for airport transfers. Overall it was very comfortable and clean, and a nice and refreshing place to go home to after a day of sightseeing.

Mirai’s place is absolute perfection! It is brand new and immaculately clean! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, it’s convenient to have laundry facilities right in the air bnb, and it has great ac. Mirai is so sweet and very responsive and helpful. Our family of four was very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Kayo’s Airbnb! The apartment is stunning—bright, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Kayo’s place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again, Kayo!

以前も同じ建物内のお部屋を利用させていただいたことがありましたので、今回も安心して宿泊ができました。 お部屋に着くとなんと素敵なBGMまでがかかっていて、おもてなしの気持ちを強く感じました。 Toshiさんとのコミュニケーションはとてもスムーズ、そして鎌倉に関する情報、おすすめのハイキングコースなど、とても細かく親切に説明がサイトに載っており、感動しました。 特に、洗剤や調味料の一つ一つまで何がお部屋に置いてあるのかがサイトに掲載されていたのにはビックリしました。 ゲストが鎌倉を余すことなく楽しめるように、ハイキング用に使えるリュックや携帯用の椅子などまで用意があり、本当にゲストに鎌倉を楽しんでほしいという気持ちを持たれていることがよく伝わりました。お部屋の設備もなんとウォーターサーバーや、refaのシャワーヘッド、ヘアアイロンまで用意されていて、ゲストへの心配りを隅々にまで感じましたし、お部屋から見えるビーチの景色は最高でした。 今まで外国も含めたくさんのエアビーのお部屋を利用しましたが、ここまでホスピタリティに溢れているお部屋はなく、誰が来ても必ず満足できる宿だと思います。 今まで宿泊してきた数あるお部屋の中で、断トツに1番素晴らしい設備の整ったお部屋で、また、是非利用させていただきたいです。 おかげさまで素晴らしい時間を過ごせました、ありがとうございました。

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

This charming apartment in Kamakura was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Toshi was a very proactive and thoughtful host. He provided me with a great guide to the area and was quick to answer any questions I had. Upon entering the apartment, there was peaceful and relaxing music playing. The bed had a warmer and deodorizer under the sheets for the ultimate coziness. There were tons of amenities that were super thoughtful from toothbrushes to beach day bags with chairs and coolers. The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and about 15 minutes away from some of the major shrines and temples. All in all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Toshi's place if you're in Kamakura. My only regret was that I didn't stay longer.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

너무 좋았습니다! 입지도 좋았고, 방도 깨끗했으며 예상 외로 이매니티가 너무 잘 구비돼 있는 등 여럿이 놀러가기에 이만한 장소를 다시 구할 수 있을 지 모르겠네요! 굳이굳이 단점을 꼽자면 계단이 조금 많다는 것 정도? 다리가 불편하신 분은 조금 이용이 힘들 수도 있겠습니다. 하지만, 장점이 훨씬 뛰어나다고 생각해요! 재방문 의사가 강합니다!!
