The host was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very modern and in a good location with pool and restaurant nearby. Transport is recommended if wanting to cook or spend more time in the villa. To make the stay even better, it would be useful to have some basic amenities such as washing up liquid, cloths or tea-towels. The villa would benefit from someone going through and opening all of the cupboards and drawers and removing everything that doesn't need to be there. There is a bit of clutter. If this was done, this would easily be a 5 star review.

We enjoyed 5 nights in this beautiful modern and yet very friendly house, the spaces are very well distributed. Everything is perfect for a pleasant family stay, beautiful private pool but also beautiful resort with several areas pool, solarium, restaurants, gym, sauna, hammam... a buggy service takes us to the beach and its restaurant. The green spaces are beautiful, Nguyen Hщщng is a very kind and courteous person, always ready to help and we thank her again for this stay that allowed us to recharge our batteries before leaving Vietnam

We enjoyed our stay! The villa was private, had lots of space to enjoy and various amenities to take advantage of during our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been better but no complaints overall.

Perfect for the whole family or a few families, sailing club is a resort, also has a gym (free) and breakfast (need to be purchased separately), the boss has a lot of details and questions are answered.The private pool is clean, someone cleared every day, there is circulating water, a good option for a holiday

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ken and Melisa's place. The location is a bit remote, but that's what we were looking for after a long and busy travel. Ken was very helpful in arranging is a motorbike last minute as well as great with local recommendations. Right next door is Joe's bar (another friendly neighborhood friend) for the price of a drink we were able to enjoy his beautiful and refreshing pool as well as some great conversation. We were even honored enough to get our own private Farm Truck concert! We had a great experience and loved the nature of being in the country side, seeing all the lizards and enjoying the peacefulness this place had to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of four, each with our own clean, comfy studio. The Japanese-inspired design was a refreshing change, especially the tatami-style touches. Three rooms had mini kitchens; Ebi didn’t, but had a water dispenser, which was super handy, and saved us from having to buy cartons of water. The garden at the back was a great gathering spot for us at night, though we wished it had more comfortable seating with backrests or moveable chairs from the rooms. We also encountered a minor hiccup with the ceiling fan in the common area not working, which could have been checked beforehand. Location was quiet and private. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Some downsides: Rooms lacked blackout curtains, especially Ebi, and all rooms could hear early morning tennis games—soundproofing would help. Also, facial tissues weren’t in rooms and were only available on request. Overall, it was a well-curated stay, we'd definitely recommend it!

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

Not that close to the beach as I expected. There are lots of light switches that i dont know which one goes to and where. Other than that, amazing well designed place.

The house is just about 8-10 minutes drive to main attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. Within walking distance, there are many cafes and restaurants, even a big bookstore and a kid indoor playground. The house is located about 3 minutes off the main street, so it is quiet and we had good sleep every night. The house was clean, spacious and well-decorated. All amenities were provided as described. The host was very friendly and responsive. She even gave us some traditional Vietnamese food as gifts. We really appreciate it. Thank you Quynh. It was a pleasant stay and we will denitely come back.

The location is close to the airport, a little far from the attractions, but it can be accessed by taxi.The interior is comfortable and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

It was a great villa. We used it as a group of 4 adult friends and it was a great space for our adult retreat. I rented a bicycle, so it was a good memory that everyone went to the beach and the market by bicycle. We also enjoyed the sauna and pool in the villa! I'd love to stay here again.

Thuy’s place was our absolute favourite of all the places we stayed at in Vietnam! We stayed in Can Tho for 7 nights, I should say 7 glorious nights because the house had everything just like we have at home. The kitchen and the appliances were all very new and in good working order. We prepared many of our meals but we especially loved the espresso machine! It was such a treat for us, I had lattes every day! The bedding was of good quality bamboo! We had superb sleep here, we are going to miss our very comfortable bed! This place is a 10/10.

It's a very nice place, very suitable for family gatherings. It's fully equipped and the landlord is very enthusiastic. I will stay again next time.
