We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Great location, right in the center of everything. Shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a Grab ride away, which made getting around super easy. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect base for our stay. Comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for.

A very responsive and gracious host! Naomi was very responsive from the time we booked and all the way until we left. Our family even joked if she actually slept because she responded so quickly to messages no matter what time it was. We were so thankful for this. There was an ant problem in the bathroom but Naomi was also responsive with making sure she tried to fix the problem the best she could. She even gave us a parting gift when we could not find the crackers she provided. When I asked where we could buy them, she immediately bought a couple boxes for us to take home. Gym was suitable for a good workout and pool was a bit small, but good for a swim. If we return to Saigon again, I would definitely book with Naomi, thank you!

The space was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Big plus for the laundry room to wash and dry your clothes for free, it's great when you're on a long trip. Thank you!

There are restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores on the first floor, so it's convenient and the location is good. It's remodeled and clean, and the host communicates quickly and accurately. They also took care of the items I left behind at checkout and sent them to me, and they cooperated well. I want to use it again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

Super lovely place, outside of the city (about 10-15 mins in a tuk tuk), perfect for a few days whilst staying in Siem Reap. Myself and my partner were so pleased we chose to stay here as it was not noisy, very private and peaceful. We got a tuk tuk to the city for dinner and back, and you are surrounded by locals which was lovely. The airbnb itself was great, clean and tidy. We were met by our hosts when we arrived and that was lovely to make us feel at home! there was great aircon and the outside kitchen was lovely. we had dinner and breakfasts there. sunset was great! Would recommend this airbnb to anyone!

Our stay at Binh's was fantastic. He is a great host and a very likeable person. Available at any time and requests were quickly fulfilled. The property is very clean and cozy. There is everything you need. There's nothing missing. Simply perfect! A beautiful well-kept garden through which you can get to the private beach. We enjoyed the peace and quiet at Binh's place and can definitely recommend the place.

Was a great stay and Sophea was extremely proactive and great at communicating. The home is pretty and was clean. Sadly, the river that used to be behind the house no longer exists, and has been replaced with a construction site.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront Airbnb in the south of Ko Chang. The view was stunning – just steps from the sea with peaceful surroundings and the sound of the waves all day. The place was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. Perfect spot to relax, watch the sunset, and unwind away from the crowds. Would definitely come back!

Great place to discover the Mekong river area. Nice house with all you need to enjoy local life in a confortable way. Dung was always helpful and with full of advices which made our stay very confortable. Thanks again.

Roland was the perfect host — attentive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The villa itself was incredible: spacious, beautifully designed, and featuring two stunning 360-degree balconies with breathtaking views. The location was truly something special, with access to a secluded private beach that felt like a hidden paradise. The entire team on-site was exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving a variety of delicious dishes and an excellent selection of drinks. Every meal felt like a treat. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly for anyone considering a stay in Koh Chang. It’s a slice of paradise with top-tier hospitality

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

Helpful, responsive host. Due to an issue with the unit on the first night, 3 nights of booking became 1 night. However host was proactive in providing suggestions and even initiate the cancellation of the remaining 2 nights on Airbnb. Also provided full refund of the first night from their end. Their sincerity was definitely felt. Lastly, they’re also able to help with tour booking. During the tour within my group, we had a small discussion about the tour rate which we signed up from different places. The one I got was undoubtedly the best one 👍

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

This place was in a great location, clean, and private. I felt safe the whole time and it has a great view of the city from the pool. Overall I recommend!

Access was also good, and there were convenience stores and pharmacies, so it was a very convenient room.

Really nice apartment! The location is great, especially if you have kids. Very nice area to have walks outside and there are some restaurants near by. Golf court 5 minutes walk from the apartment, cinema near by and a great park with animals such as a donkey, goats etc… All in all, very satisfied!
