The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! Ample parking, including a double carport that's tall enough for your boat, and a securely fenced yard to keep your pooch safely on the property. The spacious living area opens onto a large north facing deck for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. This hideaway is the perfect getaway.

St Kilda Beachfront Heaven on Marine Parade!

Delightful beachfront apartment, wooden floors, rooftop BBQ area, full kitchen, minutes to Acland St, supermarkets, Luna Park, Fitzroy St and St Kilda beach. One large bedroom with a super comfy queen bed, and a Koala cushy sofa bed (queen size) in the living room for approved additional guests. 100% cotton percale sheets. 3 types of pillows (8 in total). WIFI and 50” flat screen smart TV. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free visitor parking at this time due to council legislation.

In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

Situated just 100m walk from the beach, welcome to our cute and funky beach house. 3 bedrooms (linen and towels provided) , Gally Kitchen, new bathroom & includes workspace retreat with fast reliable WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Playstation 3. Sit back and relax on the raised decking with bay views! Close to wineries, shopping & cafes. Ideally suited to 2 couples and 2 Children. Portacot (No linen), & toddler high chair available on request.
