Accommodation with a view, in a peaceful and densely built neighborhood. Porches on the front and back. Sun from morning to night, on good weather days. I would say it is a central location. Approximately 10 minutes from City South Shopping Center. Approximately 15 minutes from Trondheim. By Road Good bus and train connections. You can park outside the house in the driveway, or in a garage with a small car. 20 minutes walk from Melhus city center, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and div. Vassfjellet is located behind the house, with great hiking opportunities.

Large apartment of 160m2, 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Access to garden and parking lot. A total of 10 beds, but several mattresses and baby cot can be inserted. The apartment is over 2 levels and well equipped with kitchenware, bed linens, towels etc. Rural, lovely, quiet surroundings. Close to nature, but at the same time central to the big city Trondheim. This place has everything 😊
