Konstadtunet - cabin by the water Ånøya

This is a cabin complex featuring a newly renovated, winter-insulated cabin with 5 sleeping spaces, a "sleeping cabin" with 5 sleeping spaces, and a main cabin with a large dining area, kitchen, and living room. All the cabins on the property are rented together. The cabin complex is part of the Konstad Nordre/Konstadtunet farm and is located right by the Ånøya lake, with proximity to the E6 Melhus (12 km) and Trondheim (30 km). Rent a rowboat on Ånøya and enjoy fishing and swimming opportunities in the summer, and ice fishing, ice skating, or long-distance skating in the winter.

Screened and peaceful cabin with a central location (about 30 minutes from Trondheim city center). Pleasant outdoor area with proximity to hiking terrain. 10 minutes of leisurely walking up to several fishing/swimming areas. The cabin is from 1937, and the standard reflects this, but that is part of the charm. Running electricity, no running water, approx. 100L available in a canister. Road all the way to the cabin door, about 400 meters road that is not cleared in winter Sleeps: 1 double bed and crib in bedroom. 1 inflatable double bed. 1 field bed

Rural apartment with 2 bedrooms

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation located in the middle of nature with fantastic views. There are nice hiking trails right outside the door, a floodlit ski trail with great ski runs in winter and many nice hiking trails in summer. There is a disc golf course right next to here that has become very popular. The course has 18 holes distributed along the hiking trail, a great way to get out for a hike and do something fun at the same time. Otherwise, it is very peaceful and very quiet here. No traffic noise.

Megardshytta / Bråhytta (Cabin)

Welcome to our simple and charming cabin by beautiful Morsjøen – perfect for those who seek peace, nature and real cabin atmosphere. There is no electricity, no water – but everything you need to find your resting heart rate. Inside the cabin you will find two cozy bedrooms with bunk beds (185 cm long), a simple kitchen area with gas burner, and a good wood stove that keeps you warm on cold evenings. The outdoor toilet is right outside – simple but clean. Morsjøen and nearby fishing waters offer great fishing opportunities.

Welcome to our charming storehouse at Leinstrand! The farm is beautifully located and is only a short drive from Trondheim city center! The storehouse is cozy to charming with a warm welcoming atmosphere, where it is possible to enjoy, as well as have nice conversations! It is also possible to prepare meals together in a fully equipped kitchen and relax on the sofa afterwards. Here you can experience the tranquility and beauty of the countryside and take delicious trips nearby! Short distance to Gaula, Øysand and Bymarka.

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Annex/Stabbur on 2 floors in the courtyard, approx. 60 sqm, built in 2011. The courtyard is located high and free at the top of Buvika, direct access to exit terrain and outdoor life. 6 km from Buvika city center, and barely 30 km from Trondheim city center. Living room/kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 room with single bed and desk, and 1 TV room. Bed linen/pillowcases/towels are included. Guests clean before check-out, cleaning is included (NOK 300)

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet is located at Brøttem Gård in Klæbu, Trondheim Municipality. The location is rural (by Selbusjøen and Brungmarka) and excellent for day trips in the countryside both on foot and on skis. Jetty is available at Selbusjøen in summer. From here you can paddle in a kayak/canoe or row a trip. The farm is close to Gjenvollhytta and Langmyra ski resort if you want to go skiing on groomed slopes. Day trips to Kråkfjellet and Rensfjellet are possible. Vassfjellet is 10 min away and only 30 min to Trondheim :)

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV on all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Modernization is in progress, so the images are updated as one is completed. 3 double beds inside the main cabin. 1 double bed and a family bunk bed in the annex. Road almost all the way, 150 m good trail in the summer. 5 km ski/snowmobile in winter. Transport can be arranged if desired. Connected to electricity, water solution with pump for shower, dishwasher, etc. 3 refrigerators, 1 small freezer.
