Our comfortable, clean and reliable authentic vineyard house is 19 km from Erciyes Ski Center Tekir Kapı, 10 km from Hacılar Kapı, 6 km from Kayseri city center, Historical Castle, 13 km from Kayseri Airport, 14 km from Kayseri Bus Terminal, 71 km from Ürgüp Göreme. Our vineyard house has two floors and the upper floor is for rent, it has a separate entrance. We live downstairs. We can help our guests with anything.

Our house is 7 km (10 minutes) from the ski resort. It has the BEST view you can find in Kayseri. There are 3 single beds and 1 double bed. There is ABSOLUTELY no heating problem. There are 2 bathrooms. Hot water and unlimited Wifi are available 24/7. Covered parking available.
