Très belle experience ! Le logement était superbe, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien organisé. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin, on sent vraiment l’attention portée au confort des voyageurs. Siraj, l’hôte, a été au top : très réactif, accueillant et sympa. Il nous a permis de faire le check-in avant l’heure, ce qui nous a bien arrangés, et nous a même fourni un guide complet avec les meilleurs restos et endroits à découvrir dans les environs. C’était pour moi l’un des meilleurs Airbnbs que j’ai pu réserver, si ce n’est le meilleur. Et c’est sûr que si je reviens à Tétouan, je réserverai à nouveau chez Siraj sans hésitation. Merci encore pour tout !

Geweldige locatie en omgeving. Het appartement is schoon. Mooie binnentuin in het complex en mooie zwembaden. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan. Gezins vriendelijke omgeving en alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand. Chaimae is behulpzaam en reageert snel. Duidelijke instructies en top service!

Super séjour ! Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre et bien situé. Said est réactif et attentionné, tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Je me suis senti accueilli par ma propre famille, Sara et sa maman sont des gens formidables. L'appartement est bien pensé , joliment décoré je recommande vivement.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment during my time in Martil. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment itself was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was basic amenities or little thoughtful touches, it really felt like a home away from home. The host was fantastic—very welcoming and genuinely committed to making our stay as smooth as possible. He assured us that he would be available if we needed anything. The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short walk to the beach, and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and cafés. Whether we wanted to relax by the sea or explore the local food scene, everything was right at our doorstep. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour chez Mr Khalid. L’appartement est parfaitement agencé , très propre , contient tout ce qui faut pour un sejour en famille ou entre amis (j’y ai trouvé une chaise haute bebe et des istensile pour bébé) Nous avons egalement appreciés laréactivité de Mr khalid, tres disponible et repond rapidement aux msgs. Il était hyper propre et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour se sentir bien, c'était vraiment relaxant. L'endroit est calme et sécurisé, on a pu se détendre sans souci. The apartment was great . It had all the mentioned features, but the best part of the residence was the host Mohamed. He helped with every thing imaginable and him speaking English fluently was a big help, he showed me around and explained everything to me. If there was a problem, I could write him and within 30 min he would have a solution or have someone come over. Highly recommended!

Yasser war ein sehr sympathischer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Lage war perfekt – vom Balkon aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer, das nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt ist. Meine Kinder hatten großen Spaß im Pool, und die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und gut bewacht. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals an Yasser!

We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.
