Old house completely renovated that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

Superb 3 bedroom barn conversion with large gardens, play areas and seasonal 10 x 5m swimming pool. Our donkeys will be delighted to meet you, they also like to be fed the occasional carrot! Perfect for families we are located in a peaceful rural location, surrounded by fields of sunflowers and within easy reach of local towns and restaurants. There is a wide variety of activities and attractions and places to explore in the area.

Our beautifully renovated two bedroomed gite with a private 8m x 4m pool is situated in the heart of the French countryside in beautiful south west France. It is located in a small hamlet but is within easy reach of the lovely market towns of Melle, Sauze entre Bois, Chef Boutonne, Ruffec and Civray with all the amenities: Supermarkets, boulangeries, pharmacies, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.

The Plessis House

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, quietly at the end of a cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery,...).
