The place was very nice. There is still plenty to do in the area. The cottage is super-equipped - we had everything we needed.

We had a pleasant stay at Jakub's. The house was very nice and large even for 5 people. Perfect location for visiting the area. Thank you for the small touches and the many documents to prepare for our visits. The key box is very convenient.

Our stay was very relaxing and we cloud enjoy our time thanks to this great house.

I have been to many AirBnB's over the years and this one struck me as an outstanding homage to the original idea of sharing one's home. Exceptionally equipped kitchen, just like one belonging to someone who cooks frequently, not the one haphazardly equipped with a couple of things for tourists. Everything was nicely arranged, worked flawlessly. The apartment is a cozy space with one bedroom, spacious hall, comfy bathroom, kitchen with a dining area and a living room. I spent a weekend with my two small kids and we had a great time. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a perfect base for vising Prague and surrounding areas.

Excellent stay, we felt like home and awesome stay. Josef was very friendly, we wanted to have a Christmas tree and he helped us to have it. We were completely happy about the stay and host. Thank you Josef!!!

Very nice small house with garden in a wonderfully quiet village, idyllically located. Perfect for New Year's Eve with dogs! No fireworks far and wide.

Our stay was absolutely great! Nice place with an absolutely great location-just in the swimming pool. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are very welcoming and the communication with them was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Had a great time, the flat was spotless, the gym was well equipped, everything was clean and Viktoria was lovely. The flat is close to a tram stop so it was super easy to see everything, shops near by for cooking supplies. Highly recommended

It was really very nice at Natalia's, she was very friendly, as was her husband. The location was quite central, only 20 minutes to the city center by train or Uber. It was very clean and quiet! The pool was the highlight at our temperatures! We will be happy to come back.

A beautiful place to stay in the middle of nature, forests, and hills. In the evening, we watched the stars, amazing silence and peace - total romance. We made the most of the crystal clear pool. The house is spacious, we didn't miss anything. It was very nice inside on hot summer days. The owners were happy to provide us with all the information and were very kind. Highly recommend!

Felt like a fairytale, recommend! Great vibe, atmosphere, everything felt just right… We stayed for one night in 5 people and it was not a lot of space, we left our bags in the car but it was not an issue, but for bigger groups - keep that in mind:) Nevertheless , we wouldn’t change it for anything else! Such an amazing stay in quiet place! we loved it ❤️

Absolutely beautiful and satisfied! ❤️ Beautiful, cozy and well-equipped house in a great place where it was completely quiet (there was no one to walk around the property, the nearest houses are a few minutes walk through the forest), but it was within driving distance from Kokořínska, which offers plenty of opportunities for trips. The host was great to describe the trip and how to get inside. I'm sure we'll be back again 😊

An absolutely perfect place to relax. Beautiful surroundings, you can take a beautiful walk to Mšeno. The accommodation was clean and secluded, where it was quiet. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The communication with the host was great and we found the place according to her instructions without any problems. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend it to everyone 🥰

We were 8 adults and 3 children in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. Carlotta and Maximilian are great hosts, were always available, friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and perfect for a larger group! Thank you for the wonderful stay! P.S. the garden at the house still has potential: maybe a terrace or cozy chairs and a nice dining table to linger outside :)

It was really a beautiful place to stay. Some of our group even thought it was the most beautiful we've ever had. It is super for hiking and in the minimarket around the corner you can also get everything you need for breakfast. I would be very happy to come back. 😊
