Good opportunity for mountain hikes, both easy and more demanding. Best suited for 2, or small fam. The house is from the 1800s, but renovated and new bathroom with shower in 2017. Former storehouse, but residence since 1946, and have retained some of the original touch. Equipped for simple cooking, with a studio stove. Fridge and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. A bedroom, steep staircase up.

Nearby there are several attractive sights, such as Svartisen, Corbels canyon in Lacho National Park, Bolga, Rødøy, etc. Search up "visit Meløy", "Meløy adventure", "Bolga Brygge" for info. The cabin is located approximately 200 meters from "Åmnes farm" where you can purchase farm products and hit the animals. Child friendly with nature as a playground. Good hiking areas and fishing opportunities nearby. Here you can enjoy the midnight sun, the sea and mountains.

The cabin is located approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes from Bodø Good cabin standard with well water, hot water and shower. The toilet is indoors in the bathroom, and is a bio-toilet. Private barbecue area where the bonfire can be enjoyed in both rain and sun. To be brought or can be purchased by the host for NOK 200 per 40l bag NOTE! The cabin is used privately and will contain personal belongings.

See the sign "Sundsfjord" to the left. After 200 m. take the first to the right agains the houses/tomannsboligene. -Natur: Sundsfjordfjellet og laksefiske/salmon fishing 400 m. (Mindre,gammel motorbåt og fiskestang kan lånes). Shop: 15 min. to Inndyr (coop open every day) and 30 min. drive to Ørnes.

Dining area for 6. 1 large bedroom w/double bed, 1 m/ 120 cm bed + 1 m/120 + 90 cm bunk bed. Bathroom w/shower, WC and laundry. Bed linens, towels, soap or shampoo are NOT rented out.
