This is the primary house of a Chácara in a premium neighborhood, close to downtown. The house was recently refurbished and comes well appointed. All bedrooms have new mattresses, linens, and ceilings fans. The master bedroom and living room have a smart tv. The kitchen has been updated with a new stove and refrigerator. The pool area is available for use, and most of the pool area patio and bbq is ready for guests. The project was delayed due to the rains, but nearly completed now.
