Ponyland House / Chacras de Coria

The house is located a few blocks from Plaza de Chacras, and in a residential area with several services. The entrance is on Medrano Street, through an automatic gate and an alley with an old tree that connects to the garden in the heart of the block. The house has warm spaces, a suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a Scottish shower. Equipped kitchen, barbecue, wood-burning fireplace, mini-pool and good sound system. Quick access to the Wine Route, the Andes Mountains and the Mendoza River.

In its surroundings, there are farms, wineries and restaurants. Ideal for relaxing, adventure tourism and as a base for excursions to the high mountains (30 km), Chacras de Coria (10 km) or Ciudad Lujan de Cuyo (5 km). For 2 people or a group of 4, who do not require bedroom privacy. You can get here by taxi, but a car is advisable.

This property started its life as a Brewery and when COVID struck and the brewery had to close the owners fell back on their first love; design and hosting. This re-born brewery is settled perfectly in Mendozas' beautiful wine country and offers the perfect getaway in beautiful Chacras de Coria. With easy access to boutique and internationally renowned wineries, the property is only a five minutes drive to main route 40, 2 blocks to the first winery Alta Vista & only 3km to Chacras Plaza.
