Excellent apartment in the heart of pedestrian area of Mendoza. Clean, spacious, full of light and quiet despite being very centrally located. Within walking distance of everywhere you want to be in the city. Emiliano was extremely responsive and helpful - definitely recommend him and the place!

The accommodation is beautiful, very comfortable and spacious. It is very bright and is located near restaurants and supermarkets. Agustina and her partner were very accessible for inquiries and questions we had.

Everything is clean, fragrant, and the bedding is impeccable great location, easy to get to any tourist spot in Mendoza. Also a laundry market, gas station, and Verdeira butcher shop, all nearby. Julian's place was a dream! The neighborhood is gorgeous (right next to a great bike/walking path), the property is even more beautiful in person, and Cecilia was so kind with breakfast. Julian and Pilar were the perfect hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Fede's house has an excellent location, just a few blocks from the beautiful Parque San Martín, ideal for walking or cycling. Fede offers a couple of bicycles that were very useful for us to tour the area. The house is spacious and comfortable; the main bedroom is on the ground floor, which provides plenty of privacy, and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. We stayed a week and the house was our perfect base to explore Mendoza. It has a small garden where we could make the classic Argentine barbecue, which was a great plus. The house has everything you need to be comfortable as a family. We thought the price was excellent, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. In addition, it has parking and a wine cellar where Fede has some great wines at very affordable prices. We had a very comfortable week, and we thank Fede very much for his hospitality and all his attentions. We would definitely come back!

With my friends, we had a fantastic stay at Martín's house! The space was clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The parilla and patio also were nice touches and it made it feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in Mendoza!

The house is amazing. Beautiful as seen in the photos, with all the amenities and amenities you can ask for and more. Both Gastón, Jimena and Andrés were very attentive and helpful at all times. The area is super quiet and with very nice landscapes, but it is also close to the center and with easy arrival even with public transport. 100% recommended!!
