Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of a Sancerrois winemaker village. It is located within the wine estate, in the village of Verdigny at the foot of Sancerre; 5 min drive to Saint-Satur, a small village that has all the shops and its leisure area (banks of the Loire, tennis, canoeing, Loire by bike...). Gite for 5 people: 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen and an outdoor area.

Nestled in the very heart of the Piton de Sancerre, this cottage will allow you to discover or rediscover the Sancerrois. This charming little house can accommodate up to 2 people and has all the necessary comforts. Cooked equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle. Upstairs the bedroom has a double bed 140x200 with bed linen provided. Shower room with WC and towels provided.
