One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Our 2020 renovated apartment has sun from early to late. It is located directly in the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area. You are located at an altitude of over 1900 m. In other words, in summer you can start hiking right away. Picnic or stop at one of the inns. In winter, you start in front of the house with the skis, snowboard or sled. Or you can chill - enjoy the fantastic mountain views, the pure air, pure nature and relax! There are many possibilities. - TV works too!

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

This stylish 2-room apartment (57 m²) has been completely renovated and offers everything you need for your holiday in the center of Merano. In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.
