We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. This guest house is separate from the main house and is located in the backyard of the property. It is 3 blocks from the Amtrak and YART, and an easy 10-minute walk to Main Street in downtown Merced. A bike path along a creek, playgrounds, and the local zoo are also walking distance. Merced is a wonderful place to visit on a trip to Yosemite and those looking to visit UC Merced.

Recently renovated this cute vintage inspired cottage has everything you need to relax and cook a great dinner at home. There is a little outdoor seating area to unwind at night and it is very quiet and peaceful. All new appliances and renovation make this little cottage super clean. This is a NO smoking property.
