Kathleen’s home was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and modern, the home was very clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do in the area, the check in process was very simple and clear, as was the checkout process as well.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

We Loved Danielle's house! She is very responsive when reaching out to any concerns we had. Our family came here for 2 graduations. Very close to schools and walkable to restaurants & parks. The photos on here matched the house. We did mainly come here for the Pool and we all enjoyed it. We also roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. We definitely made some good memories here and will come back again!

Heidi's home was immediately inviting and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. She was incredibly flexible and accommodated an early check-in and change to our booking. The home and property were incredible! Our pup loved running around the fully-fenced yard, and we appreciated the dog bowls and bed for him as well. Heidi provided wonderful recommendations and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at Barry’s house. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The house was super clean and smelled so nice. There was plenty of towels and extra blankets for our family of 8. Lots of food and stores nearby as well. Overall we had a great stay.

The drive way was hard to find due to low visibility at night. Also the house is off a main road making it hard to slow down to find. But once you do the property is great!

David's rental was perfect for our trip, meeting all of our needs. He was a very accommodating host and was helpful in addressing any and all of our concerns. He took time to ensure we had everything we needed. The rental was as described and very family friendly. Would recommend staying to anyone searching for a place in the area!

We had a wonderful stay with Kathy. Her place is perfect for toddlers (as long as they are supervised). Across the pool, feeding the animals, and exploring Bucks County, there’s no shortage of adventures.

This house was in the perfect location for visiting Princeton University. It was private yet very close and walkable. Parking spaces were a big perk. Everything about the house was just as described. John was an excellent host - friendly, thoughtful, proactive. We’re looking forward to visiting again.

This light filled house is walking distance to the Delaware River and canal paths. The house has lots of open spaces to allow the guests to find the right place for them. Very clean and well stocked with the things you’ll need. Kid friendly: big yard and toys tucked around the house.

It's an amazing experience to stay in Peter's house. It is so beautiful, romantic, artistic, spacious and cozy house. This is the first time for me to stay in such a clean, beautiful and spacious house, not sharing with others. Tucked away on a quiet side street this historic home was comfortable and relaxing, yet only a 2 minute walk to a half dozen or more great restaurants. We enjoyed dining outside and the views out of the kitchen windows were serene. Often we would go for a walk to Palmer Square, dine on Witherspoon, or just stroll around the Princeton University campus. Our family of six absolutely enjoyed our two month stay here. Stonny was great to work with; very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
