Such a cozy apartment! Furnishings were traditional but beautifully cared for, special touches like drinks/snacks available as well as a cute book nook that guests could (permanently) borrow from if they liked. Despite it being attached to the house, it felt very private and like our own space. Hosts couldn’t have made check in or our stay easier. This is a great home away from home and we’d be happy to stay again if we were in the area

Micki was a great host! Very responsive and easy to get along with. We stayed the weekend for my stepson’s graduation and party. This is truly a beautiful and serene escape to a charming small town in Pennsylvania. Wayne was a great host and was incredibly accommodating during a difficult time (we were traveling in for a funeral). The amenities are excellent, including very comfortable beds, a rainfall shower you won't want to get out of, and not one but two spacious living rooms to enjoy. Housekeeping even brought us a new wine opener when we needed one - the hospitality! Word of caution to future guests: the driveway entrance is a bit uneven, so depending on your vehicle, you may scrape the bottom slightly. Pull in/out at an angle to avoid that. The only thing that would make this stay even better would be a second bathroom, but we managed to make it work! The process for booking this stay threw me for a loop, but I assure you it is worthwhile. Wayne and his team are incredibly professional and kind. Don't hesitate to ask questions and get excited for a truly wonderful escape to New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.
